Great place with good location close to town. Perfect for Ironman week. The house was clean, comfortable and very spacious for our group. I would definitely stay there again.

Fairly close to town to walk with one steep hill to climb. Great restaurants, shopping and grocery nearby. Office responded fast to fallen tree partially blocking road to property. Hot tub on deck outside master bedroom not able to be used by renters and runs all night with constant motor noise. Property outside could use some attention but we were not there to spend time in yard. Inside is dated but clean with exception of office with strong pet pee odor. Slight in master but sprayed deodorizer and eliminated. Upstairs living, dining and kitchen was nice for our family and friends that visited during the day. On site laundry was helpful. Doors were difficult to lock and unlock when leaving and arriving. Was concerned about the no air conditioning but there were no issues with cool breezes at night. We did bring a few of our own small fans which were better than what was provided.

Eclipse fun

We stayed at the property during the eclipse and had a great time. Easy walk to town, short drive to Whiteface and a great home base. We had a maintenance request during our stay and they were very quick to respond and the gentleman was really kind and helpful. We would stay here again!

Lovely place - would stay again

This is one of our favorite places we have stayed in Lake Placid. The layout was excellent with lots of space to spread out, we loved the views, the fireplace, the jacuzzi. Well stocked kitchen. Great location very central, can walk to town. Not a single thing to complain about with this place! Highly recommended.

Everything about the house was lovely! House was cozy, well-outfitted, bedrooms were comfy. The hot tub was the cherry on top of the cake. The rental management company, Merrill Thomas was wonderful. I loved having them available for questions, help. I am going to go through them in the future as much as possible.

Great house!

Amazing location! Clean and well taken care of. New appliances, beautiful furniture, great grill! Hot tub was a bonus! Plenty of space for our family including outdoor decks. Response to any concerns or questions was incredibly fast. Overall a great experience.
