The true heart of the house, it can also be transformed into a reception room thanks to its sound system, video projector, microphones, and lighting. A fully equipped semi-professional kitchen makes preparing group meals easy. The living area opens directly onto a large 30 m² covered terrace, ideal for sharing breakfast or dinner in any season. A separate toilet is accessible via five steps.

Upstairs, the cottage offers four bedrooms: a first bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm), a second bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm) and access to a large private terrace offering beautiful views of the countryside and the village church, a dormitory-style bedroom with four single beds (90x190 cm) and its own shower room, and a fourth bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm), a single bed (90x190 cm), and a private shower room. A bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet complete this level. Outside, an enclosed courtyard of approximately 300 m², a wooded area, and a covered terrace invite guests of all ages to fully enjoy their stay. Heating costs are extra, except during peak and high season.
