Exclusively furnished on 50 m² is in the apartment Mare Time 1 everything for a successful and relaxing Baltic Sea vacation. The apartment shines with its central location and a south-west facing terrace. The center is only a few minutes' walk away, as is the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach.

Of course, you should not do without your loyal four-legged friend even on vacation. The beautiful beach promenade invites you to take long walks. Timmendorfer Strand, Niendorf and Scharbeutz / Haffkrug have beautiful dog beaches where your dog can let off steam.

2 rooms with separate sleeping area, terrace and kitchen can accommodate 4 guests. The separate bedroom has a comfortable double bed (1.80 wide) and a wardrobe with plenty of storage space. The open kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. From the living room you can reach the spacious, furnished terrace with south-west orientation, which invites you to linger and relax. In the living room there is also a sofa bed (1.60mx 2m) that can accommodate two people. The beach chair on the terrace guarantees pure relaxation. The bathroom with underfloor heating has a shower, toilet and washing machine. Electric shutters ensure comfortable sleeping comfort.

Entertainment in the evening: 1 LCD TV with cable connection in the living room invites to exciting movie evenings. Free WiFi access and a stereo system with radio / CD function are also part of the entertainment.

50 m² are optimally used with high-quality and cozy furnishings and leave nothing to be desired.
Parking & bicycles
So that you don't have to look for a parking space on vacation, there is an underground parking space for your car directly under the house. Bicycles can be stored dry and safe either in the in-house bicycle cellar or directly on the terrace. (Direct access to the terrace with a lockable gate)

Sommerurlaub Timmendorf

Check Inn verlief unkompliziert. Lage und Ausstattung der Wohnung super. Alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Strand max. 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Bushaltestelle ebenso. War ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

Schöne Tage am Timmendorfer Strand

Auch durch die schöne Wohnung mit toller Lage und traumhafter Terrasse hatten wir eine wunderschöne Zeit am Timmendorfer Strand. Die Wohnung hat überwiegend alles, was für einen schönen Aufenthalt benötigt wird.
