The apartment is centrally located in Timmendorfer Strand, offering a relaxing view of the forest and a side view of the sea. The town centre is about a 10-minute walk away, and the beach is about a 5-minute walk away.

The apartment features a spacious living room with a new, comfortable seating area. The bedroom features a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm) and a separate walk-in closet. The new, high-quality kitchen includes a cosy dining area as well as new appliances such as a microwave, oven, and glass-ceramic cooktop.

All rooms open onto the beautiful loggia balcony, offering a stunning view of the forest and a side view of the Baltic Sea.


The Accommodation:
The apartment (approx. 84 m²) is located on the 17th floor of the private Plaza Residenz (formerly the Maritim Club Hotel).
It stands out above all for its quiet yet central location.

From May through September 30, the tourist tax is €3.50 per adult guest per night. During the off-season, from October 1 through April 30, the fee is €2 per adult guest per night.

Upon request, we’re happy to provide bed linens, a towel package, and two dressing gowns (size XXL) for an additional fee of €25 per person.
