The open kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. The spacious dining area offers enough space for 6 people. Floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room create a bright and friendly atmosphere all day long. A sofa bed (1.60 wide) in the living area serves as one of three sleeping options for 2 guests. Furthermore, there is a separate bedroom on the lower floor with a comfortable double bed (1.80 wide) and a wardrobe. A shower room with toilet completes the lower area. In the upper area there is a spacious gallery area with 2 single beds (0. 90s wide) and a television. There is also a shower room with toilet. Underfloor heating in the entire lower level provides additional comfort. Thanks to an elevator in the house, suitcases can be transported into the apartment without having to drag them.

Eine tolle Wohnung. Super ausgestattet, mit allem was man braucht . Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sehr zentral, trotzdem ruhig gelegen, Parkplatz direkt am Haus . Strand, Restaurants und Supermarkt fussläufig. Hell, über 2 Etagen, ein großer Balkon. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gern wieder.

Wir waren schon drei mal in Scharbeutz und dies ist die bisher beste Unterkunft gewesen. Große Wohnung, sinnvolle Aufteilung, umfangreiche Küchenausstattung, und für die superzentrale Lage zwischen Strand und REWE auch verhältnismässig ruhig. Die Betreuung durch Baltic Appartments war wie immer vorbildlich. Der Wohnungspreis ist der sehr guten Leistung angemessen. Wir haben absolut nichts auszusetzen und würden diese Wohnung erneut buchen und empfehlen.
