Refinedly furnished on 35 m², the holiday apartment beach terrace has everything you could want in a relaxing holiday by the sea. The apartment is located in 1. Location to the Baltic Sea. The apartment was completely renovated in 2012 and received modern equipment.
The sea at the door
The Baltic Sea beach is only about 20 m away. You just cross the beach avenue and are immediately on the fine sandy beach. The apartment faces south. The center of the exclusive Scharbeutz is about 700 m away and can be reached in about 10 minutes on the beautiful promenade.

The one-room apartment with two single beds, terrace and open kitchen can accommodate 2 guests. The open kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. Two single beds can be put together to form a double bed and a room divider can create a cozy sleeping alcove. A wardrobe is located in the hallway area. There are also electric shutters in the living area. Floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room create a bright and friendly atmosphere all day long. From here you can also access the spacious, furnished terrace with southern exposure. The bathroom has a shower and a toilet.

Entertainment in the evening: A large LCD flat screen TV with DVD player invites you to enjoy exciting film evenings. W-Lan access and a stereo system with iPod connection are also part of the entertainment.

35 m² are optimally used with cozy and friendly furnishings and leave nothing to be desired.

So that you don't have to look for a parking space on vacation, there is a Hubparker underground parking space directly under the house. (Cars up to max. 1500 kg, no station wagons, jeeps, lowered car or. Cars with roof structures. Max. Car size: length 5m, width 1.90m, height 1.50m. Parking is at your own risk.)

Gerade noch ok , das Sofa war ziemlich durchgesessen, das Bett war ok allerdings die Nische wo es steht zu klein, der Fernseher viel zu klein das Internet war katastrophal schlecht und das in heutigen Zeiten, und kein richtiges Parkplatz Angebot vorhanden nur ein sogenannter "Hub" der aber nur für kleine Autos geeignet ist, man hat uns vorgeschlagen den Parkplatz beim Rewe Markt zu nutzen , Fußweg ca 20 Minuten , eine absolute Frechheit sowas , der Gärtner war super freundlich und hat uns gesagt wo wir parken dürfen weil die Bewohner nicht da sind, großartig von Ihm , einen Fahrrad Abstellplatz gab es auch nicht ,Entäuschend , die Lage zum Strand war sehr gut , insgesamt noch ausreichend, Preis -Leistung war unserer Meinung nach nicht ok

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön und die Ferienwohnung war grosse Klasse .Das einzige Problem war die Garage ,unser Auto haben wir draußen stehen lassen .

Sehr empfehlenswert, aber nur mit kleinem Auto

Sehr schön und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Alles da, was man braucht und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Nur die Park Möglichkeit ist ein Vorkommnis. Das sollte vorher kommuniziert werden. Auto max. Minimal. Sonst alles schön. Gerne wieder.
