Location

The Baltic Sea beach is right outside the door—“Enjoy ah13” is so close to the sea that you can be playing in the waves within a minute. The beach, the dune trail, and a fitness trail are all accessible directly via the building’s own staircase. Local amenities such as bakeries, restaurants, cafés, bars, and upscale shops along the beach promenade in the centre of Scharbeutz are just a five-minute walk away via the beautiful dune path with its wooden walkways.

Living

Enjoy ah13—arrive, feel at home, unwind, and enjoy… a wonderful time in Scharbeutz!
The bright and inviting living-dining area features a cosy lounge sofa for relaxing evenings, as well as a beautiful dining table for social gatherings. If needed, the sofa can be easily converted into a comfortable 140 cm wide sleeper sofa in just a few simple steps. On the large, furnished west-facing balcony, you can enjoy the sun from noon through the evening.
A fully equipped built-in kitchen is available for your culinary needs.
A place to dream—the small, cosy bedroom features two beds, one 130 cm wide and the other 90 cm wide.
For a relaxing bubble bath or a refreshing shower, the bathroom is equipped with a bathtub.
A washing machine and a coin-operated dryer are located in the basement and are, of course, available for your use. This apartment is particularly well-suited for people with allergies, as it is a strictly non-smoking holiday rental and pets are not allowed.

For your entertainment, you’ll find a TV with satellite reception, a DAB internet radio with Bluetooth for easily playing music from your smartphone or tablet, and, of course, Wi-Fi.

The private parking space directly behind the house ensures safe parking for your car and makes loading and unloading a breeze. Your bicycles can be securely stored in the large bike storage room.


Special Feature / History

Arrive and enjoy. This holiday rental in a great location has been furnished with great care and lets you enjoy your holiday to the fullest. Even the brilliant physicist Albert Einstein appreciated the health-promoting effects of the Baltic Sea air and the special charm of Scharbeutz. In the 1920s, he enjoyed several stays of several weeks in this idyllic seaside resort and spent the summer months in Scharbeutz on the Baltic Sea coast at Haus Am Hang 13.

The mandatory visitor’s tax (for guests 18 years and older) is not included in the room rate and will be charged separately. Please feel free to contact us in advance for pricing information. The range is between 1.90 € and 3.50 € per night per person.
