About this property

Welcome to Beaver Lake! Fully remodeled in 2018, this home was built in 1918 and is one of the only original homesteads left in the historic Monte Ne Hotel area. Founded by Coin Harvey in the early 1900’s the hotel still exists partially underwater and partially above and is a fun attraction to explore right across the street! The home is a really cool 2 story space decked out with modern & vintage amenities! Best of all, it is a stones throw (1min) to the lake! (only 10min to downtown).

Great place, very nice

Very spacious house, we had 8 people stay and there was plenty of room for everyone. Kitchen was well stocked, maybe could have used a bigger skillet if cooking for a group. Upstairs shower is a bit tricky having to turn water on using emergency shut off valves and then shower and then both off was a bit of a hassle. Great location near the water, a couple minute walk. Neighborhood was quite on a holiday weekend. Owner checked in with us a couple of times to ensure everything was going well. Everyone said their beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay again.
