Overlooking the quiet, calm, and conveniently located Monte Ne cove, this fully remodeled Luxury Cabin is a beautiful vacation destination for you and your family. You will be staying on the fantastic Beaver Lake in NW Arkansas with full access to the lake for swimming, camping and boating. The boat launch is approximately 1000' away! The cabin has a huge wrap-around deck outside facing the lake and is fully furnished inside and out with beautiful furniture and all new appliances. It includes a 65" 4K Ultra HD Smart TV. High Speed WIFI and complete internet access. We have even included a full size washer and dryer so that you and your family can wash your swim suits and towels any time you need to. All items such as kitchen utensils, outside grill, and linens are provided.

You have to see this property to believe it. You will even have RV access for up to 2 family RVs (optional, added cost) with power, filtered water and RV dump capabilities so that you and your family can RV to the lake and use the cabin for the central place to eat, sleep, watch TV, boat, BBQ and more! You will be just an easy 5 mile drive from Rogers, AR and there is a local major airport that you can fly into if you want. NW Arkansas also boasts the best biking trails in the USA that you and your family can explore along with caves, hiking trails, and many other outdoor activities. You will want to make this a yearly vacation destination for you and your entire family! Don't forget to bring your bikes, boats and RVs with you. See you soon!

Our stay was really good, the location was awesome to us, up on a rise, with a view of lake/river? Walked down to the water for a great walk around the stone beach - wonderful view... Property location was wtihin 15-20 minutes of all our needs. We also visited 2 Civil War sites as well as the Arkansas Air & Military Museum - all within 30-45 minute drive. Crystal Bridges was also an awesome museum also 45 minute drive. Host's were very accomodating, and met us at the house to give us a tour and share where things were located.We would definately stay again at this property! *****

The cabin was really clean and we just had trouble with the bed was so uncomfortble the the couch was really hard we had to put pillows on it to sit on it. Needs a new bed or mattress so and it squeeked so bad couldnt even turn over without wakeing the other up. Other then that it is a very nice little cabin. Not enough room to get into the refridgerator. Need smaller table and add a recliner chair.

While we are disappointed in your overall rating, we’re very glad to hear that you found the cabin clean and enjoyed your stay overall. We’re sorry to hear that the bed and seating did not meet your personal comfort preferences. The queen bed is equipped with a high-end Sealy Posturepedic mattress, and the sofa bed includes an additional 3" memory foam topper to enhance comfort. That said, we understand that comfort—especially with mattresses and seating—can vary significantly from guest to guest, and we truly appreciate you sharing your perspective. Regarding the layout, the cabin is intentionally furnished to provide a “full home” experience, including a full-size side-by-side refrigerator so guests can comfortably stock groceries for longer stays. The table you mentioned is a compact 18" design with stools that tuck underneath to maximize space, but we understand how layout preferences can differ depending on individual needs. Your comments are helpful, and we will certainly take them into consideration as we continue to refine the guest experience. We appreciate your stay and hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future.

We were in town for a concert at the Arkansas Music Pavillion. The cabin was comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. Really all the comforts of home. Overall a great stay. Also the owner was nearby in case we needed anything.

Our family first began vacationing on Beaver Lake around 1961. We would come all the way from Kansas to camp out at one of the many State campgrounds on Beaver Lake. We made it a yearly event with all of our extended family going camping, boating, skiing and fishing as a family vacation. We decided to purchase our first property on Beaver Lake in the Monte Ne cove area around 1968. Ever since, our family has owned multiple properties, boats, and the family cabin you are looking at here. We hope you enjoy our cabin and the lake as much as we do!

Why they chose this property

Our family chose this location on Beaver Lake because it is in the quiet and convenient Monte Ne cove. The cabin is just up the road from the Boat Ramp and a short drive from anything you could possibly need in town. Beaver Lake is the top lake of the Ozarks and therefore is the warm lake sooner and most consistently throughout the swimming and boating season. We are only 5 miles via highway 94 to Rogers, AR with restaurants, shopping, and a major regional airport.

What makes this property unique

2 RV hookups with filtered water, electricity, and an RV dump that can be rented along with your own private cabin. The hot water system in the cabin is a large tankless system that will not run out of water so that your entire family can shower without running out of hot water! There is also plenty of space for parking your boats, cars and other toys here! Our property is directly on Beaver Lake with quick access for family swimming, fishing and boating. The cabin has just finished a complete remodel and everything at the cabin is new.
