About this property

Apartment with sun terrace and sea view

The apartment is integrated in a private residential complex (Urbanisacion) and is very suitable for 2-4 people. The apartment is on a slope, you have a wonderful view of the sea, which is about 1.5 km away. The environment is very quiet. The apartments are arranged in terraces, you can also see the photos, because the construction is easy to see. The apartment has a living area of approx. 80 sqm including the entrance terrace and the sun terrace. The bedroom has two beds and a built-in closet, in addition there is a small bed which can be used e.g. B. is very suitable for children. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and washing machine. The kitchen is integrated in the living room, is fully furnished and has a 4 plate electric stove with oven. In the living room there is a large comfortable couch, which can also be used very well as a sofa bed (2-3 people).

We add new furniture every year. The apartment is neat, practical and very cozy.
The large sun terrace has a wonderful view of the blue sea and the green surroundings (palm trees, eucalyptus trees). There are 4 chairs, 1 table and two loungers on the terrace. There is an awning on the top and on the side that can be used as needed.
A garage is available, pets are only allowed on request. Cable TV with a variety of German channels is available. The apartment is ideal for relaxing and sunbathing. But day trips to the highlights of Andalusia can also be made very well. Granada, Cordoba, Seville, the Sierra Nevada and Malaga are very easy to reach by car. But the next town "Rincon de la Victoria" also has a lot to offer. The beautiful golf course "Anoreta Golf" stretches right next door, where golfers can practice their sport. You drive to the sea in about 3-5 minutes, but can also be reached in about 20-30 minutes on foot. There are numerous places to stop for refreshments on the beach in summer. You can take a bath or take beach walks for miles, e.g. B. in about 30 minutes to "Rincon de la Victoria". On the way between the apartment and the coast there are the most important shops such as a bakery, small supermarket, fish shop, hairdresser and some cafes and restaurants. Can also be reached by car in a few minutes.

Von einer geräumigen Terrasse hat man einen sehr schönen Blick über einen Park und die Gegend bis zum Meer. Das ist sicher das besondere der Wohnung. Die Einrichtung hat gefallen, neuer Herd und neue Waschmaschine, aber leider keine Spülmaschine, wobei man nicht alles gleichzeitig laufen lassen darf, sonst geht das Licht aus.Es handelt sich um eine kleine Wohnung, die für vier Personen eher nicht geeignet. Problem ist der mangelnde Stauraum. Mangelhaft die sanitäre Situation. Leider keine Mischbatterien an Waschbecken, Dusche und Spülbecken, sondern „antike“ Wasserhähne. Im Winter wird die Wohnung über die Klimaanlage nicht richtig warm.

Zur korrekten Einordnung dieser Rezension: Die Geschirrspülmaschine war und ist nicht Teil der Wohnbeschreibung. Der Gast war zu zweit in der Wohnung. Die Beurteilung, ob die Wohnung für 4 Personen geeignet ist, sollte denen überlassen werden, die dies so in Anspruch nehmen. Die Größe der Wohnung ist in der Wohnbeschreibung angegeben. Die sanitäre Situation als mangelhaft zu beschreiben ist nicht korrekt, schon gar nicht wegen der sehr schönen nach antikem Stil gefertigten Wasserhähne. Selbstverständlich lässt sich die Wassertemperatur ganz normal regeln. Wir vermieten seit Jahren an Stammgäste über die Wintermonate. Diese kommen jedes Jahr wieder und haben noch nie geklagt über die (zuletzt in 2025 gewartete) Klimaanlage und deren angeblich mangelhafte Wärmeentwicklung. Im Mietzeitraum dieser Gäste gab es in Andalusien, dank Klimawandel, katastrophale Unwetter mit Wassereinbruch an der Decke. Dem Mieter wurde aufgrund der Feuchte eine sofortige Beendigung der Miete angeboten, was er ausschlug. Ebenso schlug er eine notdürftige Sofortsanierung aus. Später reiste der Gast doch früher ab, alle Unkosten wurden von uns erstattet. Leider scheint uns die Rezension durch diesen durch uns unverschuldeten Zustand stark beeinträchtigt. Wir hatten dem Mieter einen üppigen Begrüßungskorb geschenkt, schon vor seiner Anreise eine zusätzliche kostenlose Reinigung Wäschewechsel angeboten, auf seinen Wunsch hin wurde von unserer Hilfskraft der Wäschevorrat nochmals kostenlos aufgestockt, all dies bleibt unerwähnt. Schade, wir haben nun nicht nur viel Ärger und hohe Kosten durch die Naturkatastrophe, sondern auch solch eine schlechte und nicht angemessene Bewertung.

L'appartement est très agréable et la vue est très belle, exactement comme sur la photo. Wolfram et Rosa sont très gentils et disponible, merci à eux.L'appartement est à 10 mns du centre, des restaurants et bars et des plus belles plages. Nous y allions pour la deuxième fois.

Schönes Umfeld, leicht zu finden

Rincon de Victoria ist sehr nett und leicht zu finden. Die Wohnung hatte eigentlich alles , was man brauchte. Am Flughafen Malaga gabs ein Auto für 17 Euro am Tag, mit dem man Erkunden konnte. Marbella ist auch sehr schön. Alles in allem ein erholsamer Urlaub.

Urlaub in Andalusien

Hervorragende Zusammenarbeit mit den Vermietern. Wir fanden eine sehr saubere gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung vor. Eine schöne Terrasse, auf der man gemütlich frühstücken kann und einen wunderschönen Blick aufs Meer genießt, war nochmals ein Highlight. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert!

Erholsamer Urlaub

Wir waren 9 Nächte dort und die Unterkunft ist in gut gepflegtem Zustand, bietet viel Platz und ist nett eingerichtet. Auf der Terrasse kann man wunderbar mit Meerblick frühstücken. Es ist eine sehr gute Umgebung für Ruheliebende Menschen. Daumen eindeutig hoch :)

Séjour au calme à Rincon de la Victoria

Nous avons passez de très bonnes vacances chez Rosa et Wolfram. L'appartement est très agréable et la vue est magnifique. Rosa et Wolfram sont très à l'écoute, ils ont remplacé le téléviseur qui ne fonctionnait plus par un autre tout neuf qu'ils ont fait apporté par le couple qui s'occupe de l'appartement, tout le monde était très gentil. Nous reviendrons l'an prochain, c'est sûr. Merci à Rosa et Wolfram pour cet endroit.
