This modern, recently renovated holiday home is located in the courtyard of the Alte Schmiede zu Stralsund. The Alte Schmiede is part of the Stralsund UNESCO World Heritage Site and is a sign of urban development in the 19th Century. It is located in one of the most popular parts of Stralsund between the old town and the harbor. Here is the perfect starting point for your vacation near the Baltic Sea coast.

Our farrier apartment is located on the upper floor of the old smithy and has been completely rebuilt in the historic walls. The apartment has a bedroom with double bed and sofa bed (140cm) and a sofa bed (160cm) in the living room.
The kitchen is separate and has a dining area, it connects all rooms with each other.

The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower with overhead shower, a bathtub, a heated towel rail, as well as a vanity, a toilet and a washer-dryer. The living room is modern, has a cozy sofa corner that can be converted into a bed. The flat screen and the internet connection via WLAN provide entertainment.

The quiet yet central location of our accommodation is particularly noteworthy. The train station is about 15 minutes away on foot, but can also be reached via nearby bus stops. The connection to the motorway feeder makes the journey extremely pleasant. All sights of the city, the port and the lido are within walking distance, several restaurants are nearby. All daily needs can also be found in the immediate vicinity and can be reached on foot or by bike. Bakeries and shops of all kinds are available on the nearby Frankendamm, around the corner, so to speak, such as: bus stops, doctor's offices, pharmacies.
