Veraltetes Haus in guter Lage

Das Haus war sehr dunkel, also wenig Licht durch kleine Fenster. Mobiliar zum Teil in schlechtem Zustand. Stromkosten extra war nicht vorab ersichtlich. Terrasse sehr rutschig. Positiv die Lage: sehr ruhig und abgelegen in schöner Natur.
