Wonderful place to stay. Close to the parkway. CLEAN! Homey. What more could you ask for? The host was extremely responsive, helpful, and even checked in to make sure everything was okay. The best experience I’ve had for vacation to date.
Overall, a great place to stay and excellent communication from Matt! The cabin was clean and exactly as advertised. Matt was great when we had a problem with the neighbor's trash and had it taken care of promptly. Great location, close to the parkway with easy parking.
Very nice place, great location, will keep this property in mind for future stays

Loved the location of this property - close to everything, yet a quiet "in the woods" feeling to it. We appreciated the nice touches such as the coffee provided & wi-fi that worked! The kitchen had everything we needed. The host was easy to work with. Great place to stay!
We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin was very clean and cozy. It was nice being close to the Parkway and having quick access to all the attractions. Anytime I had a question, Matt was quick to respond. I will stay again!
Everything was great but.... very musty smell!
Beds and linens were great. Great location and very private and quiet. Kitchen well equipped and everything was very clean. Definitely need to work on the odor problem.

Beautiful. Well kept, clean and close to town. Other cabins were closer than expected but overall very quiet. Short drive to the Parkway. Steep stairs and deep tubs difficult for my Dad to manage. Also limited privacy to the open loft bedroom. Would stay there again if it were just my husband and I.
The cabin was great for our family. My sister, her 2 kids, and I take our mom to the mountains every year for Christmas. It had plenty of room. We had one question about the hot tub and the property manager was very responsive and helpful. He even checked in us a couple of times to make sure we didn't need anything. The only thing I might change is to put a Christmas tree up for guests staying during the holidays.
The cabin was nice few things to note:
Hot tub light doesn’t work and it doesn’t get very hot.
Failed to mention that you have to share parking with neighboring cabin that makes me nervous especially with a show car.
Steep stairs and they very dark at night with a no light.
Not private at all.
Our stay here was fantastic. The description Matt (host) offers is 100% accurate. The cabin is ultra clean, and does not "smell musty" as some have described. It's a rustic looking with all the modern conveniences you'll need. My favorites were the LP gas grill, the quiet neighborhood and deck with rockers. Perfect for your moring coffee (yes supplied). Kitchen was bigger than exoected, beds were some of the most comfortable I've experienced at other VRBO properties. When we arrived AC was kicking and it was perfectly cooled. Several ceiling fans keep air flowing. This was important as we spent very long days on the fields at The Ripken Experience. Showers/bathrooms bigger than expected (for a cabin). Downstairs bedroom PERFECT for our teenagers. Gave them their own space and it was nice a cool. Also has a door directly to "basement" easy for load in and load out. Parking was flat, and only 50 ft from backdoor. We didn't have time to watch much TV but new flat screens smart TVs in all rooms. Wifi worked great, and we had no issues there. Only hit the hot tub a few times, it was a very hot week. Washer/dryer small but gets the job done. Location was a huge plus for us. No, its not in the mountain, but it feels that way. Very close to the Parkway (5 mins), and 10 mins (with traffic) to The Ripken Experience. Grocery/restaurants literally "around the corner". Matt (host) was awesome. Very responsive and checked on us via email 3x during our stay. Overall, this property is 10!
Property owner was excellent at communication. Slight issue finding the exact street with gps as it was directing to location of main street instead of back street. Hot tub and Jacuzzi were phenomenal.
