Private luscious yard w/ open patio, grassy play space. W/ high speed internet. No smoking inside. Close to LAX, beach, etc. Even though the weather is always breezy in Playa especially if you open the windows, we've added a new AC to the house except the bedroom floor where there are ceiling fans and a portable AC in the master. Washer/Dryer/ Dishwasher Granite/ Travertine and Marble baths with seamless glass shower doors. All linens, towels, hand soap, and toiletries provided. Registration Number: HSR24-003635. Place all trash in bins outside of garage before check out. If staying on a Sunday night, place all trash bins on curve for Monday AM trash pick up.
There is a studio that is attached to the back of the house that you cannot access and has a private entrance that is occupied by 1 female student.

Location! Privacy! Lots of Space! Across the street from walking trails. Plenty of free non permit street parking all day and night. Within 5 minutes from the 405 (north and south), and the 105 (east and west) freeways. 8 minutes to LAX. Less than 1 mile from the beach, walking distance from plenty of shops & restaurants. Only a 15 minute walk to LMU. Also very close to SMC and Otis. Picturesque neighborhood perfect for walking, jogging and biking. House is across from the bluff walking trail. Very safe neighborhood. 24/7 security patrol.

What makes this property unique

The master bedroom is huge with 2 walk-in closets and 1 den/office with a microfiber sofa/pullout queen mattress. The master bathrooms has an amazing shower with a jacuzzi. There are two other bedrooms with a jack and jill full bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a balcony where you can enjoy the sunset and city views.
