Parking is available where marked on N Francisca Ave and Diamond Street. Pay attention to street sweeping signs and apply holidays to adjust dates.
Quiet hours are 9pm and 9am. No smoking, vaping or e-cigarettes are not permitted anywhere on the property.
Garage is not included in this rental except for access to bikes and beach chair. Garage use is completely reserved for the property owners.

great Redondo Beach location

This house was in a great location, only a 5 minute drive at most from the pier, restaurants, beaches, shops. The 4 bedrooms worked great for our family. Parking in the back was easy, and walking distance to the market so that we could bring back our own groceries and cook a meal or two instead of going out to eat.

Great house with a great location. Loved the decor and the many bathtubs. Only real feedback is on parking… putting the passes away were noted in the check out instructions but that was it. No mention of exactly where to park (was the driveway behind the house available to us? We still don’t know…) and no mention of street sweeping. One of our party got a ticket as the signs are only at the very top and bottom of the block and not obvious to visitors. They arrived at night. Easy to update and would be appreciated by many. We should mention, although we didn’t mind, a “nephew” came right in unannounced. Luckily we were dressed/decent… A simple knock on the door would have been appropriate/appreciated. Thanks!

I enjoy art history, sculpture, fly fishing and sports. I love hosting travelers from all of the world. I love hearing their story and sharing in their memories.

I knew when I walked into this house that I found my home. It has an abundance of nature light, cool ocean breeze and is in a perfect location with walking distance to beach, restaurants, coffee shops and grocery.
