The home offers 3 bedrooms on the main level plus a lovely private master up, with spacious ensuite and private balcony overlooking pool and grounds. The pool and Fire-pit are totally private as you look towards the desert landscape. The outdoor BBQ grill area overlooks the pool w misters to keep you cool on hot days! There's plenty of Outdoor lounge furniture to enjoy the pool, outdoor fireplace and sunshine. The home is situated in a very private residential (desert landscaped) neighborhood. Quiet & private location all homes spread far apart from each other on large lots

We are located off Shea Blvd at 128th St approx 10 min east of the 101 loop. 20 min to Old Scottsdale and 35 min to Sky Harbour Int'l Airport. The area is surrounded by world class Golf Courses and fabulous shopping in upscale Scottsdale.

For those with Pet Allergies we are a NO Pet and Non Smoking property. Please note, Pool Heat is an extra charged calculated manually after booking based on the time of year. Pool Heat is only required from October to May. For longer term bookings please inquire with the owner regarding the cancellation policy and deposit schedule. Guests are always advised to carry Trip Cancellation Insurance in case they have to cancel inside of the Cancellation Period. Short Term Rental License # 2024416

The property was beautiful and well appointed. We really enjoyed the pool and outdoor dining space. The location was great and close to many fun activities. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Scottsdale.

Very family friendly

We had a total of 6 individuals stay. Our family loved the pool and utilizing it most of the day. The location is close enough to everything we were looking for, while still be out of the town and being quiet.

Our favorite home we have rented in 5 years running. Spacious, clean and comfortable. Pros: pool was amazing! Patio space was clean and comfortable. Rooms we comfortable and private for the most part (one is a jack and Jill area). Sunsets were beautiful! Outdoor fireplace was awesome. If you visit be sure to be there at sunset to check out the Gambel Quails settle into the tree for the night. It was very facilitating. Kitchen appliances, silverware and cookware was totally stocked. Cons: TV in the living room. We gave up. It shouldn’t be this hard with the cost of smart TV’s today. That was all we found. It just forced us to hang out by the fireplace instead!Thanks again!

Home was beautifully built but not maintained well. Pool was in need of attention (turning green). The house served us well for the need we had A/C was great and that is huge when it’s 110 and above.

Thanksgiving 2024

We were able to stay at this home for the Thanksgiving holiday and it was fantastic! The kitchen was well stocked and had more than we needed. We were there with our elderly parents who lived in the area. Everyone had a great time.

What a Phoenix Gem!

Beautiful house in a quiet North Scottsdale neighborhood. Check in process was easy. Host Andrew was incredibly communicative and helpful. Surrounding area is close to shops while still being relaxing. Would definitely stay here again!

Super nice 4 bedroom

Our family enjoyed the pool, giant home in secluded Scottsdale area close to Mayo Clinic. Lots of towels and pool toys. Kitchen had everything and my husband loved the outside fireplace. We bought lots of wood at the grocery store and watched the stars and planets. Owner and property manager great communication. Would rent again.

Great stay

This is a great property for a family or group. House is very nice, comfortable and very complete. Very nice kitchen and prep areas, simply could not ask for more. The back yard and pool area were perfect for us and very private, quiet and secluded. The host Andrew was on top of everything and responded promptly when we had any question. We would book this property again and highly recommend it.

Lovely desert oasis

Well maintained and furnished house to the east of Scottsdale mainstream. Great access to the golf we cared about and all the action, in scottsdale or in the beautiful surrounding mountains and parks you might want without being in the middle of it. Great relaxation in the house and outside with pool and pretty surroundings. Great stay!

Why they chose this property

We love the Scottsdale area and specifically the sub division around our home. The homes are spread far apart for wonderful privacy yet we are located just minutes to shopping, golf, Mayo Clinic and walking and bike trails right outside our front door. Lastly, how can we forget the blue sunny skys about 350 days per year!
