This is a 4 bedroom, 3 bath house located in the middle of everything in Scottsdale ! 4 min drive or a 15 min walk to Old Town. Large strip mall with all the amenities, including Star Bucks, several restaurants, YouFit gym, and Albertson's Foods , is literally only steps away.
Sky Harbour Airport is a 14 min drive, $17 Uber charge.
There are 80 Golf courses within a 30 minute drive, and a driving range just around the corner.
The beautiful Scottsdale Fashion Mall is only a 6 min drive.

The house comfortably accommodates up to 6 adults and 4 children. Great for 2 families or an adult retreat of six. The house layout is great. It has a main master bedroom with an ensuite bath and walk-in closet, a 2nd bedroom with a second King bed, a 3rd bedroom with a Queen bed, and the 4th bedroom has 2 full bunkbeds.
The backyard is a true Oasis ! The full size pool has a nice sundeck area with an umbrella, or those of you that are a little more active, there is a "real" Volleyball net that has already hosted some pretty intense games :) . The hottub/spa fits 8 people comfortably , and heats up in 15 mins. There is a great fireplace in the centre of the backyard and a nicely designed 3 hole putting green, as well as large grassy area that Throw the strings of lights on and you can play at night as well.
The backyard also has a sectional and 6 seater table, and of course, a BBQ.
Inside the home there is a 8 seater dining table, as well as 6 barstools around the kitchen island. A cozy sectional and chair are located around the Flatscreen TV in the entertainment area.
The house has a security system to keep everything safe and sound.
Please Note that there is a $30/ night pool fee charged automatically, to heat the pool to 82 degrees in the winter and for extra chemical treatments during the hot summer months.
