This freshly renovated short-term/vacation rental provides everything you need to experience the Crystal Coast like a local, private ramp. 2 boat lifts, jet ski lift, relaxing with views of the Intracoastal Waterway and White Oak River, fishing from your private dock, beach parking only 4 miles away, expansive outdoor space and ample parking for cars and boat trailers.

Coastal decor and accents will make your family feel at home on the Crystal Coast. This vacation-ready home has everything you need to enjoy boating life, fishing, a fiery sunset, family game night, cook a family favorite recipe or just relax and view sailboats and the occasional dolphin pod as they glide by

~1400 Sq Ft the home features all living space, bedrooms, and wide waterfront deck on the main floor. There are stairs to reach the main living area on both the roadside and waterfront side of the house.

Home Amenities: Flat-screen TV's, 2 waterview porches with partial cover, outdoor dining area, ground floor game room with mini-fridge (no AC/Heat).

Kitchen: Fully equipped, stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, blender, microwave, toaster, dishware, flatware, basic cooking utensils

General: Central A/C & heating, full washer/dryer, linens and towels with beds made upon arrival, starter pack of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels and 2 trash bags

Parking: Ample parking for up to 6 cars or 4 trucks and a boat trailer.

Pets: Allowed with a $250 fee.

Beautiful view

Nice relaxing spring break week with our family. Very easy to be right on the intracoastal and have access to the boat life for easy on and off the water. The home was perfectly set up for our family and we were able to enjoy the beautiful view every evening!

The house was exactly as advertised. Great location to bring the family if you love the water. Perfect location on the icw with easy access to anywhere you want to go.

Nice getaway.

Excellent back deck!! Sat there daily and nightly when not out and about. Breeze off the water the whole time. Fishing at night and great of you have a boat. Boat lifts were great but the launch was not deep enough and slippery. No tie downs on the dock, but there is an NC Wildlife boat launch right next door so not an issue after the first time. Very peaceful with fantastic sunsets and dolphins. Close to Emerald Island beaches and lots of sand bars and islands to hang out on. Storage room on the bottom floor very nice to keep sandy chairs and fishing equipment in. We enjoyed it and would recommend this to anyone looking for a week long getaway.

Amazing views. Easy access to water. Great outdoor furniture. Only complaint would be lack of towels in the house. Everyone has 1 big towel, 1 hand towel for the entire stay. Found it a hassle to keep washing to make sure we had a hand towel for the next day to shower. Children were with us, as you know- they are messy. Went thru 5 rolls of paper towels bc of the lack of towels in the house- including the kitchen, it had 1 wash towel and 1 drying towel.
