Escape to the lovely Blue Isle Retreat! Built in 2021, this home is spacious, well appointed, and comfortably accommodates up to 15 guests. All bed and bath linens are included! Spend time in our spacious back yard with a private pool and lovely marsh view! Or take a short walk to the beach. Blue Isle Retreat is conveniently located between two public beach accesses. *Pool heater available for cool spring and fall visits at an additional cost of $100 per day with a three day minimum. *Pool measures 12ft by 28ft. Pool depth from 3.5ft to 6.5ft. Enjoy the convenience of an elevator for loading your luggage and belongings on the ground level covered parking area. The 1st floor offers 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and a 1/2 bath. Also, a generous sitting area equipped with a mini bar, video game console, and a large game table - perfect for the kids to hang out. There is a full size laundry room with washer and dryer as well.
The 2nd floor (top) offers an open floor plan with a well equipped kitchen, a dining table that seats 8 and bar seating for 9. Outdoor dining for 6 is available on front deck. Enjoy the tranquil living area with plenty of light and the convenience of a 1/2 bath. There are 2 master bedrooms on this floor with lovely marsh views.
There are various decks and covered porches where you can enjoy watching coastal wildlife, dining and gathering. A gas grill and charcoal grill are available for your use by the pool deck. By the pool is a turf area you can use for sunbathing or playing corn hole. An outdoor shower and poolside bathroom are located on the ground floor. Enjoy the outdoor covered area with a bar, under counter ice maker, tv, and seating for conversation. There is a dining table for 6 by the pool. The renter's closet on the ground floor includes beach and pool supplies and an additional standard size refrigerator.
Take in wonderful sunrises and sunsets from the front porch. Stay connected and entertained with 7 large flat screen TV's, WiFi and Sonos Sound/Speaker system. We also have two bikes for strolling around the area, beach and pool toys to use during your stay. Ocean Isle is a great place for off season golf and the popular Oyster Fest weekends. Not to mention free, family friendly outdoor concerts every Friday night from Memorial Day to Labor Day at the Town Center Park.

GOLF CART RENTAL!! If you are interested in having one for your stay, we highly recommend you reserve a golf cart well in advance! Our stay was wonderful. The house was clean and beautiful! The beach was just a short walk away which was nice. We loved the porch hammock swings and all the decks! The pool was refreshing and the kids loved the basketball hoop! We also loved hanging out on the covered patio downstairs …the outdoor shower and bathroom were also amazing! Thank you again!!

3rd Visit- best yet!

This property is exceptionally well maintained. The house is very well laid out and practical, yet it has several great living spaces too. The recent upgrades, including an ice machine at the bar by the pool, a large gas grill, and a bathroom on the pool level, make it just that much better. This was our third stay and we’ve already booked for next year. I can’t say enough good things about this property.

This house has it all!

Perfect location close to the beach, very clean and well-maintained, and fully stocked with everything a family could want on vacation. They even have a closet full of beach and pool toys! I would highly recommend to any group or family.

This was our first trip to OIB. The house is fabulous. The pictures are accurate as shown The house is very clean and in perfect shape. Kitchen is fully stocked. Everything you could possibly need. We especially enjoyed the empty pull out storage to put everything we brought. The outdoor area is wonderful as is the pool. We loved the ice machine as well. We were 3 families from 79 to 19. We had plenty of room for all of us. Easy walk to the beach. We rented a golf cart as wellStay here you won’t be disappointed! Thank you for a wonderful week!!!

Amazing stay! The house is outstanding. Beautiful outside bar area, beautiful decor inside, everything worked and so many nice touches inside! Amazingly stocked rental closet with beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, wagon! Beds were comfy, tvs all worked and the game console was a hit with the little one (PAC Man and Donkey Kong, I think…I’m not a gamer). Bathrooms were very nice and as I said earlier, all decor was great! I’m not sure if this was “standard” or leftover from other renters, but toilet paper and paper towels were there as well as dish soap, hand soap and dishwashing detergent and clothing detergent. This made our first days easy! All towels and linens were very nice and clean. Bring your own sunscreen and swimsuits and you are ready to relax and have fun!

Awesome Property

This was one of the best houses we have ever rented! It was spotless, had more amenities than we’ve seen before in the kitchen, close to beach access, beautiful views, etc. We can’t say enough about this home!

The most amazing week at the most amazing house! The accommodations were top notch. The owners’ attention to detail is evident in everything from the super comfortable beds, step stools for kiddos in the bathroom, game table, kitchen stocked with everything (even a Ninja!), poolside games and floats with Sonos speakers throughout (the list goes on and on!) The decorating in the house is beautiful with lots of spaces to relax for our group of 6 adults and 3 kiddos under six. The beach access is a short 5 min walk (even for the little ones). Owners were super responsive and so kind. We will be back!

Great spring break

This is a beautiful vacation home. It has all the amenities our multigenerational family needed for a week long spring break stay. The pool was a real stand out for us. The owners were very easy to work with although not much was needed from them. I highly recommend this property and hope we can return in the future.

Why they chose this property

A dream was realized when we purchased this beautiful beach home a year ago! Growing up vacationing with my family at SC beaches all my life, I was unaware of this island gem called Ocean Isle. Jim and I vacationed at Ocean Isle for the first time with close friends a few years ago. Fast forward to 2021.....a friend who recently purchased a canal home talked us into pursuing our dream of buying a beach house to share with friends and family and maybe grandkids one day! This house was barely on the market and we found it to be exactly what we wanted. We chose Ocean Isle for its small town charm, wide pristine beaches, and plenty to do for both adults and kids. And if you are looking for big city excitement, it is a short drive to Wilmington and Myrtle Beach.

What makes this property unique

A big seller was the peaceful, private backyard marsh view. We love the open feel of our home, spacious bedrooms and common areas, and the soothing coastal colors and decor throughout. The additional kid friendly living space is a plus. After a long day on the beach, it is truly a retreat - away from the crowds and a quiet spot to cool off by the pool or hang out on one of the porches.
