Welcome! Thanks for stopping by our house. Our host fees include a thorough house cleaning and linens delivered for your use. Bath and Pool towels are provided at the house for your use.

This 2 story home features an inverted floor plan with large decks - enjoy wonderful beach views from the second row. Location is everything with this property, as beach access is directly across from the street; restaurants, the playground, candy store, and ice cream are just a short walk away.

The home features a total of 5 bedrooms, each with a full bath. The master suite sits on the second floor and features a king bed, tiled walk-in shower with double vanity and 40" smart TV. A second bedroom located on the floor has twin bunk beds for the kids to spend vacation together.

The kitchen located on the top floor is open and airy with stainless appliances, granite counter tops, and a center island with bar stool seating for 4. The dining room table is flanked by benches which seat 8-10 people comfortably. Adjacent to the kitchen is nicely decorated living area with 60" LED TV.

The first-floor features three bedrooms and a second family room with 60" TV. The bedrooms consist of 1 king, and 2 queens, each with a private bath, deck access, and a 40" TV. There is a pull-out sofa for additional sleeping space on the first floor living room.

Perhaps the best features of this home are the large decks off of the front of the house. Enjoy sunbathing on the top floor or just sit and enjoy the beautiful ocean views. To beat the heat, enjoy your vacation on the lower deck reading a book or just catch up on some sleep with the oversize sofa.

A large private pool and hot tub are located inside the backyard fence for the ultimate vacation. Beginning fall of 2016 request to have the pool heated for an additional charge. An outside shower with hot and cold water is adjacent the hot tub. The Tiki bar located in the pool area and is the ultimate hang out.

We have stayed at Holden Beach for years, and this was by far our favorite home! The house itself is nicely decorated, has great spaces to enjoy family, the bedrooms are comfortable (great tile showers), and the kitchen is fully stocked. We enjoyed the hot tub, the pool, and the wonderful views of the ocean. We plan to repeat our stay in this house again!

The house is amazing! Shae was always so responsive to questions before our trip as well as while we were there. The pool area is perfect for kids and adults (tiki bar!), TV outside was awesome. The rooms were great, beds were comfortable, it was just a perfect trip!

Shae was a great host. Communicated with us regarding the property before check in. All items we needed such as toddler bed, high chair and pack and play were set up for us. Property was very close walking distance to the beach access. We were on a big family vacation with our whole family. Children ages ranging from 1yo to teenagers. We all had a blast. We enjoyed the hot tub and the pool. House was clean. We would definitely book this place again if we were to return to Holden Beach.

The house, amenities, and location were above our expectations! The house was clean, the kitchen well stocked, and very spacious for the nine of us! The pool was very nice as was the hot tub! The beach access right across the street was perfect! Hope to stay there again as Holden Beach was a hit with the whole family!

Great location. Across the street from public beach access. Very nice house - comfortable mattress, great layout, plenty of room. Pool heated to a nice warm tempWe stayed at the end of the season and there were some things that needed maintenance. Keypad lock broken and only 1 set of physical keys. Broken kitchen drawer, burned out light bulbs, warped pans, no dish soap or laundry detergent.All in all, a great house, pool, and location.

Great family place

The kitchen was great with plenty of space for multiple people to move around and plenty of seating for all of us. We found everything we needed to fix breakfast, lunch, dinner or reheat takeout. The 2nd living space was great to have, especially if you get up earlier than everyone else. The bedrooms were good size with ample storage and the beach was a short walk.

Wonderful place, great location

Perfect place for families with children. Nice lay out of rooms, amazing outdoor pool/bar area, directly across the road from a beach entrance. Within walking distance to playground, coffee shop, ice cream, and restaurants.

This is a beautiful home on the 2nd row of Holden Beach. All of the bedrooms are fully equipped with comfortable beds and TV’s to enjoy as you fall asleep. The two living room spaces were perfect for our family to enjoy. The pool out back, along with the amazing Tiki Bar, brought hours of fun to our group. The property owner, Shea, is incredibly responsive and provided all details before our trip. If you want a relaxing beach home to spend quality time with your family, this is the one!

5 Star Stay!

We had such a wonderful time at the beach house. The house was clean, modern, beautiful and the location couldn't get any better! Beach access is directly across the street. With two infants on the trip, we appreciated how family friendly the house was including gates for stairs and a high chair. We can't wait to come back!

Family Vacation
