Enjoy outdoor activities & downtown festivities. Peaceful, quiet retreat nestled in the woods, ideal place to relax & recharge. Located in Aska Adventure, 1/2 mi to deeded access to Toccoa River for fishing, near canoe launch & trails galore including AT. About 15 miles to DT Blue Ridge, Ellijay, Lake Blue Ridge & Nottley, tubing, wineries, orchards, & more. Away from it all; but, close to everything. Huge screened porch, hot tub, fire pit, comfy beds, & cozy decor make this the perfect getaway.
The space
Welcome to Snoring Bear Den! Escape the every day on the screened porch that spans the entire length of the house and looks out into the lush yard frequented by wildlife. Whether from the premium 7-person hot tub, twin swing bed, comfy sofa, or rocking chairs, watch for furry visitors with your favorite book and beverage or simply enjoy the silence.

End your days with a home cooked meal in the fully-supplied kitchen open to the living room and front porch. When the sun sets, roast marshmallows in the fire pit, relax in the brand new hot tub, or cozy up next to the fire on the couch. (firewood provided). And finally, retreat to the comfort of the bedrooms with new curtains, brand new mattresses, and plush bedding with a fuzzy blanket to top it all off so you can feel rested and recharged for another day of adventures or returning to your day to day.

We love our little hideaway at the Snoring Bear Den and hope you do too!

The cabin was wonderful. Very clean just as it said in explanation. We truly enjoyed our stay and the granddaughter was thrilled over the deer all through the woods.

Wonderful Getaway

I was intrigued by the porch swing bed, and it was just a nice as I hoped. We could lounge out there and even watch the deer that showed up each day. The hot tub and all the other amenities were great as well. Plenty of games in the closet too.I only wish we had another couple of days we could have spent there.

Wonderful location with quiet neighborhood. Check-in was easy and responsive host who was flexible and gracious. Great bed and kitchen was equipped with some extra items which were nice. Screen porch bonus but needed some repairs in screen here and there. Well water fine but we hauled in drinking water for taste issues.
