Tucked away in a quiet historical beach town is a spacious rocking chair front porch beach house. This house provides the perfect place for families looking to spend time together. Riding bikes along the beach or walking to any one of St Simons fabulous restaurants it’s the perfect place to bring your family and friends. The Village and Pier area provide more restaurants, great shopping, and a beautiful walking area along the waterfront.
3 bedrooms with King Size beds
1 bedroom with a set of bunk beds and 2 additional twin beds, the bunk beds are strictly for children
2 full baths and half bath

*This property features two private guest spaces. The Peachtree Retreat upstairs unit includes its own private entrance and a spacious front porch. The Peachtree Apartment has a separate private path leading to the entrance and includes full access to the backyard.

Let me just say, this is NOT a party house! This is a home that we share to people who are looking to get away and spend time together and are respectful of the homes around them. The neighborhood is made up mostly of people that live there full time and we always want to be respectful of them and their privacy.
-THIS RENTAL IS NOT A PARTY PAD!! Please be mindful of the surrounding homes in our residential neighborhood.

-Please message me if you would like to book more than six months in advance.

-Cancellation policy exceptions for weather will be made only if Glynn County has issued a mandatory evacuation order.

We really enjoyed our 3-night stay here. 4 golfers playing at Sea Island for an annual event. Super close to everything. 4 minute walk to some great restaurants and the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay and couldn’t recommend this place more. The space was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described—if not better. What truly made the experience exceptional, though, was the host. They were incredibly accommodating, responsive, and genuinely thoughtful, going out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Check-in was seamless, communication was easy, and we felt welcomed from start to finish. This is one of those stays that sets the bar high—would happily stay here again without hesitation.

A Great Family Beach Stay

The house was exactly as described, and a perfect setting for our extended family's quiet celebration of grandma's 70th birthday. Close to the beach and a block of restaurants, and enough comfortable space for everyone.

House was very nice, area was so close to everything but still quiet. Well furnished and comfortable for a multi-generational family trip. We had to cut out trip early due to sick kids but will definitely plan to come back again!
