3 bedrooms. Each bedroom has it's own private bath! The house has 2 master bedrooms with king beds. The second master includes a desk/work space for remote work. The third bedroom features a twin over full bunk bed.

The full kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The living area is spacious with large flat screen tv and dining area.

The home is on a large lot with plenty of parking. The fenced in backyard includes a private pool and green space with room for outdoor games. Pool heating is optional and free from October - April.

Family Tides guests love the location of the home. It is close to several public beach access points, the Village, Demere Park (playground), pickleball courts, the King and Prince resort and some of SSI's best restaurants.

Make the most of your time on the island: take a beach stroll, lounge by the private pool, or just relax. This cottage has plenty to offer everyone!
