3 BR/3BA with pool on St. Simons Island. This cozy cottage is on a quiet street that is just blocks from the beach and the Village.
Adorably decorated this is the perfect place to stay for couples, families or friends looking for a SSI getaway. Instagram worthy with full mural on pool shed. A great spot for photos from a memorable vacation!
3 bedrooms. Each bedroom has it's own private bath! The house has 2 master bedrooms with king beds. The second master includes a desk/work space for remote work. The third bedroom features a twin over full bunk bed.
The full kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The living area is spacious with large flat screen tv and dining area.
The home is on a large lot with plenty of parking. The fenced in backyard includes a private pool and green space with room for outdoor games. Pool heating is optional and free from October - March.
Family Tides guests love the location of the home. It is close to several public beach access points, the Village, Demere Park (playground), pickleball courts, the King and Prince resort and some of SSI's best restaurants.
Make the most of your time on the island: take a beach stroll, lounge by the private pool, or just relax. This cottage has plenty to offer everyone!

Why they chose this property
Being from Georgia, we have always enjoyed the charm of SSI. When we saw the location of Family Tides on the island we knew we had to have it. It is close to everything that our multigenerational family would need and the tucked back street of Cummings Lane is nice and quiet.
What makes this property unique
The one of a kind artwork throughout the house and mural on the pool shed make this home truly unique. Great for photos to remember your time at SSI!
