It's situated in a beautiful Classic 1930 Hollywood Spanish style building in the Hollywood Hills overlooking the city. There is a large living room, a smart TV. A long couch that could sleep 1 comfortably. A Summers & Son Spinet piano. Bright Spanish tiled kitchen, includes a breakfast nook. French doors leading to a large tiled sun room which is also the dining area, overlooking a lush Canyon with a spectacular view. A spiral staircase from the sunroom leads to a large shared garden and laundry room. Large bedroom with tiled floor, Cal King bed and bathroom/ black out blinds. Wireless high speed internet. Hardwood and tile floors throughout.

Ideally located in the hills but within walking distance to the Hollywood Bowl and Hollywood Blvd. Minutes walk to wonderful places such as the Chinese Theater, the Pantages Theater, and the Roosevelt Hotel. The famous Magic Castle, the Kodak Theater, home to the annual Academy Awards ceremony. Close to Beverly Hills, Griffith park and observatory. 5 minute drive to Universal studios. Minutes from all major studios, museums and galleries. Disneyland is a one hour drive and 30 minutes to the beaches of Venice, Santa Monica and Malibu without traffic. Minutes drive to downtown LA and a short drive to the Angeles Crest mountains.

My name is Deirdre, my husband Niall and I moved to Los Angeles from Ireland in the mid-eighties. We have two grown sons and a grandchild. We love to meet new people and provide them the best possible experience, giving them a home away from home.
Why they chose this property
This property has been in our family since the late seventies. It's a magnificent example of Classic Spanish, Art Deco style architecture, popular in the late 20's early 1930's in California. Perched high in the Hollywood Hills, over looking the city with spectacular views.
What makes this property unique
It's hard to describe this building, no matter how many photos we post, most are pleasantly surprised.
