This ground level condo is perfectly situated in Bernard's Landing Resort on beautiful Smith Mountain Lake! Resort amenities include restaurant & bar, tennis, pickle ball, gym, sauna, hot tub, three pools ( 2 seasonal) and a sandy beach. Open & bright, well-appointed space with full kitchen, king size bed, walk-in shower, and sleep sofa w/ queen mattress.

The space
Updated, Modern, Comfortable & Meticulously Appointed! Lake & Mountain views from every vantage point!! Enjoy your coffee or cocktail while soaking up the scenic views from your covered patio. And for those mornings when you want to sleep in the room darkening curtains are a hit!

We offer a work/laptop space allowing you to work remotely with strong, Zoom and streaming friendly Wi-Fi. Board games, books, and puzzles are at your fingertips.

Plenty of areas to walk, run or bike throughout the community and surrounding areas. And a short walk to the sandy beach and boat docks. NOTE: Community amenities may be subject to season and repair.

Ample parking is available. No step entry from back door.

Parking is plentiful and closely accessible to the entrance of the condo. The resort and surrounding area offer plenty of areas to walk, run or bike while enjoying your surroundings.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place used towels in the bathroom floor. Our cleaning team will strip the beds. Set thermostat to 72 (AC mode) or 68 (HEAT mode).
Lock doors and windows. Take garbage to the dumpster on your way out—located down the gravel driveway to the left just before the security station on Ashmeade Rd ( main rd)

Very clean condo in the right place

We enjoyed our stay at Mary Anne's condo at Bernard's Landing. It was very clean and well decorated. We enjoyed sitting in the shade on the porch, looking at the view of Smith Mountain Lake. We kept our boat on a dock right down the hill from the condo, next to a beach. Perfect if you have a boat or are renting one. The kitchen was well stocked and the bed was comfortable.

Unit was clean, easily accessible (loved the first floor), Napoli on the lake restaurant was great, the beach area with Tiki Huts was not crowded, met some new people, all things you would want were within 8 miles of driving distance. View was spectacular, got some great pics. Thank You!!!

Great for fall anniversary getaway.

We really enjoyed our first trip to SML. Bernard’s Landing was great, accessible to lots of restaurants and had a beautiful view of the mountains. The hosts were helpful and easy to reach, and did a very nice renovation of the condo.

This was the most peaceful and relaxing time I have had in a while. I have never been to the mountains and for this to be the first experience I didn’t want to leave. Between the views to the complete silence and also the exclusivity of the place. It exceeded expectations, will definitely be going back sooner than later and recommending. The place was extremely clean and the feng shui was beyond explaining. You have to go experience and see for yourself.

We ABSOLUTELY LOVED staying at Tranquility Cove for our weekend get away. It’s not often we get to experience almost absolute silence. It was SO RELAXING! Also, we believe that the decor and the thoughtful extras were among some of the best we’ve seen at any Air B&B that we have stayed at. We can definitely see ourselves retreating here again in the future. If you’re looking for quiet, cute, remote, and affordable, run, don’t walk to Tranquility Cove.

We had a wonderful stay! Beautifully decorated, clean condo with lots of added amenities/touches. Hosts were easily accessible for communication. Picturesque view of the lake and mountains right in view, and the white sandy beach and pools were right there. Very relaxing time!
