This gorgeous two-bedroom historic home has just been renovated and is ready for your stay. It's charming, sunny, clean and comfortable. Enjoy an idyllic neighborhood near downtown Laramie that's within walking distance of dining, shopping, breweries, nightlife, historic attractions, parks, two farmers' markets and the University of Wyoming.

This 100-year-old home has been totally upgraded and painted while retaining its historic personality, down to the original hardwood floors. Cook your meals in a charming kitchen with colorful tile flooring, relax in the living room filled with beautiful windows letting in tons of sunlight, or sit on the front porch and watch the neighborhood go by.

The wifi is fast and reliable, clocking in at over 100 Mbps.

You'll have access to the whole main floor of the home, which includes a living room, two bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen. The living room has a twin-sized fold-out bed.

The property has upstairs and downstairs guest units, which are accessed by separate private entrances. A shared laundry room with a washer and dryer is located in the basement.
