I grew up in NYC. I came to middle Tennessee over 20 years ago. I went to Columbia State College in Columbia and currently live in Franklin. Middle Tennessee is particularly meaningful to me. She is located in a hilly area, with mountains and water, and rich tourism resources. I have been to many places and lived in many states. I prefer to live in Nashville and the surrounding areas.

Why they chose this property

I know Nashville pretty well and I chose this house because of its central location, away from the hustle and bustle of the city and the quiet suburbs. Only a few minutes away from the downtown, the house is located on a hill, you can watch the view including downtown and midtown, our terrace is perfect for watching the night view.

What makes this property unique

Because she is a sunshine state, winters are short and not too cold, summers are not too hot, and there are four distinct seasons. Because Tennessee is located in the Bible Belt, people are hospitable, there is no state income tax, and it is directly bordered or close to the thirteen states, so many companies have moved their headquarters in, and many companies have also been attracted.
