This was a great property for our large group! It was clean, comfortable, and nicely furnished. My only complaint is that the home is located towards the top of a very steep street, but it wouldn’t prevent me from booking it again or recommending it to others.

Didnt use the balcony as the weather didn't want to cooperate. The kitchen was perfect for morning breakfasts with plenty of comfortable seating for catching up with old friends. All the bedrooms were large.The beds were comfortable bathrooms were clean.We couldn't have asked for anything more.

We, absolutely, loved this property! Whoever is reading this, we highly, recommend it. Both roof tops had amazing views and we had so much fun hanging out. The house, itself is very large but comfortable and the beds were very comfy. We had no issues whatsover.

Had an awesome time in Nashville. Visited Broadway, saw Carrie Underwood at the Grand Ole Opry and enjoyed our stay at this property.

Nashville Belmont Graduation 2025

¡AWESOME! Clean, very well stocked with day to day necessities PLUS extras!. Great location for our trip, just minutes from Belmont University campus. The 4 bedrooms with full baths separated on each floor provided excellent privacy! The 2 car garage entry provided us excellent safety and security. The ONLY downside was the rainy weather which prevented us from utilizing the rooftop balcony with the beautiful scenic view. Will definitely reach out to this host for any future Nashville trip(s). Hats off to the hosts preparation!!*Just realized I have no pictures at the property, just the graduation. LOL :)
