5 star dream house with thatched roof, fireplace, sauna, bath., Balcony with backwater view

"Binsenkate" with a thatched roof on the sunny island of Usedom.

The loving, exclusive and comfortable equipment gives you security as soon as you enter and offers space for 6 adults plus a small child.

Notes on additional costs and fees:
Electricity / water / heating are included.
Please pay your tourist tax in advance by bank transfer. You will then receive your spa cards from us by post.
Bed linen, towels (1 towel, 1 shower towel per person) are included.
The deposit is € 150 and is payable in advance.

In the 115 sqm large, spacious and sun-drenched thatched house there is a well-equipped kitchen on the ground floor with a view of the dining area and the living room with fireplace and flat-screen TV, a cozy bedroom, sauna and bathroom with shower.

On the first floor is a family room with a balcony and a clear view of the back water, another bedroom, bathroom with shower, bathtub, 2 sinks and toilet. Of course you will find a flat-screen TV and comfortable seating in every bedroom.

The house is designed so that 6 people and 1-2 small children can be together and yet everyone can retreat to their own area.

Each room is equipped with a flat-screen TV and comfortable seating. The "garden room" on the ground floor has direct access to the garden and terrace. The family room on the upper floor has a large balcony with a view of the backwater, a wing chair to relax in, a small desk and a cot, the bedroom next to it has two single beds that can also be put together.

The same ambience is part of a harmonious, relaxing holiday, which is why we have equipped our house with natural colors and materials. In addition to the basic colors of white, cream, brown and gray, you will find turquoise tones in the dishes, towels and bed linen.

Your holiday home is right on the backwaters with adjacent walking, hiking and cycling trails that lead across the island and quickly take you to the nearby, white Baltic Sea beach and to Zinnowitz with its cozy cafes, restaurants and shops.

Wir haben uns in einem toll ausgestatteten und schönen Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Ob der abendliche Spaziergang am Achterwasser oder die Annehmlichkeiten des Hauses wie der Kamin und die Sauna – haben zu einem erholsamen Urlaub beigetragen. Dieses Haus ist wirklich perfekt. Die Betten sind gut und die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Das einzige, was wir uns gefragt haben, ist, wie bei voller Auslastung (sechs Personen) diese alle an einem Tisch mit nur fünf Stühlen Platz haben sollen. Da wir nur zu viert waren, war uns das aber egal.Die Sauna ist ein toller Zusatz. Waschmaschine und Trockner sorgen für saubere und trockene Klamotten nach stürmischen Spaziergängen.Das Haus ist nicht billig, aber definitiv sein Geld wert mit gehobener Ausstattung.

Sehr empfehlenswertes Objekt! (Wenn es überhaupt etwas zu bemängeln gibt, dann höchsten ein fehlender Wasserkocher, den wir als Teetrinker vermisst hatten.)

Schöner Aufenthalt

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön gestaltet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Schön am Achterwasser gelegen, zum Strand ust es etwa 35 min Fußweg. Lediglich die Madratzen müssten unserer Meinung nach ausgetauscht werden, sehr weich bzw. ausgelegen. Auch der Hochstuhl für Kleinkinder der im Haus vorhanden war müsste bald ausgetauscht werden. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen allerdings möchten wir noch anmerken das der Buchungsvorgang eindeutig vereinfacht werden sollte, der Buchungsvorgang ist ganz schön kompliziert umgesetzt. Jemand der nicht so afin ist kann da schnell durcheinander kommen.

Tolles Haus

Ein ganz tolles Ferienhaus mit Vollausstattung und genügend Platz für 4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. Auch 6 Erwachsene würden gehen. Sauna toll, Ofen super, sogar mit Weber-Elektrogrill... Kann man nur empfehlen. Haus war auch sehr sauber beim Einzug, hier gibt es nichts zu meckern :-)

Wunderschönes ruhiges Haus

Das große Haus liegt wunderbar ruhig nur drei Gehminuten vom Achterwasser. Die Zimmer sind hell und schön eingerichtet, die Sauna ist ein Traum. Leistungsstarker Elektrogrill, Strandmuschel, Spiele, Waschmaschine, Trockner, wunderbarer Garten. Toll! Lediglich Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher sind nicht auf dem neuesten Stand. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen.

Wunderschönes gemütliches Haus. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Das Haus ist sehr schön und geräumig. Ich hab den Blick in den Garten immer genossen der ist sehr schön angelegt und gepflegt. Die Betreuung vor Ort war hervorragend! Es ist alles da, was man braucht und noch mehr... Die Entfernung zum Strand kann man sehr gut ertragen. Alles seh zu empfehlen. Einen grossen Dank an die Vermieter und die vor Ort Betreuung.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir verlebten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und gepflegt. Super fanden wir das wirklich überall an Mückenschutzgitter gedacht wurde👍. Die Matratzen hätten etwas härter sein können, aber das ist ja Geschmacksache . Vielen Dank dafür 🤗

Übergabe / Rücknahme durch freundliche Mitarbeiterin. Haus in guter Lage innerhalb ansprechender Siedlung gleichartiger Ferienhäuser. Überkomplette Ausstattung. Keine relevanten Kritikpunkte. Mitnahme/Anmietung von Fahrrädern sinnvoll (wobei Usedom bei der Ausstattung der häufig rustikalen Fahrradwege noch Potential hat...). Für Familien und Kleingruppen, die es aushalten, weiter als 1000m vom Strand entfernt zu sein, bestens geeignet. Hier wäre man auch bei "Schietwetter" gut aufgehoben.

Tolle Lage mit Blick aufs Achterwasser und nur 2,5 km zur Ostsee. Liebevoll und umfangreich ausgestattet ... wir wüssten nicht, was gefehlt hat! Gepflegter Garten für entspannte Stunden am Haus.
