Our "Ambiente" holiday home has been lovingly yet modernly furnished. It offers plenty of space for up to 5 adults and 2 children up to 14 years old to enjoy a wonderful stay in Zinnowitz. NEW! Toddlers up to age 3 stay with us for free!

The house spans three floors. On the ground floor, you’ll find a fully equipped open kitchen, as well as a living area with a fireplace, a cosy couch (which can be converted into a bed), and a flat-screen TV. From here, you can access the furnished terrace. It faces east, so you can enjoy a lovely breakfast in the sun every morning. There’s also a guest bathroom on the ground floor so no one has to wait in line.
The stairs lead up to the ground floor. Here you’ll find a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a bunk bed, and a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and washing machine.
On the top floor, there is another bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with a tub and toilet, and your own private sauna. 

Linen packages (bed linens and towels) can be booked for an additional fee. They are charged per person. If you need any, please let us know at least 7 days before your arrival. 

For young guests, a high chair and a travel cot (please bring your own bedding) are available free of charge; please specify this when booking if needed.
Use of the sauna, the fireplace, and Wi-Fi is included in the price. You can purchase firewood locally at the supermarket or hardware store.

A paid parking space is available in front of the house. A charging station for electric cars is available right at the house; electricity is billed at a flat rate—please book this separately if desired (220V; please bring your own charging adapter)!

One well-behaved pet is welcome; please enquire in advance if bringing more than one.
The security deposit is 300 EUR and must be transferred along with the remaining balance.

The 5-room apartment features a kitchen, living room, and guest bathroom on the ground floor, as well as a furnished sun terrace. The stairs lead to the ground floor, which has two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and washing machine. 
The attic consists of a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with a tub and toilet, and your private sauna. The sauna is included in the price, as are the fireplace and Wi-Fi. 
State-of-the-art amenities await you throughout the house.
Linen packages can be booked for an additional fee; please let us know at least 7 days before your arrival if you’d like to add them.
A high chair and a travel cot are available free of charge; please let us know if you’ll need them. 
Please note that a security deposit is required for your stay. This is due along with the final payment, serves as security, and will, of course, be refunded to you after the property has been returned in good condition.
