'Baltic Sea residence 3'. Enjoy your holidays from day one!
Our apartment is located in the newly built Baltic Sea residence, which already stands out for its unique design, right on the white south beach of Großenbrode.

Notes on additional costs and fees:
Electricity / water / heating are included.
A tourist tax is payable, these pay locally at our office.
Laundry package and firewood can be ordered upon request.
100, - Euro deposit are due in advance.

The apartment is located on the first floor of the building, has a south-west location, is easily accessible by elevator and offers from the balcony and the panoramic windows a wonderful sea view.
Enjoy the sun and the mild, maritime climate of our large, partially covered balcony with relax chairs and loungers. The large, bright living room with fireplace, the dining area with open, fully equipped and plenty of storage space provided kitchen and the two bedrooms, each with a double bed, are modern, high quality and lovingly furnished. Equipped with washing machine, condenser dryer, microwave, induction cooker, oven, dishwasher, blender, coffee machine, kettle, fridge with freezer, hair dryer, iron with ironing board, mini safe, travel cot, highchair, the apartment offers an exceptionally complete equipment.
The spacious wellness area with whirlpool and sauna meets even the highest demands. A guest bathroom with vanity is also available. For your entertainment you will find a large flat screen TV in the living room with stereo and CD / DVD player and a flat screen TV with Blu-Ray player in the bedroom. A WLAN connection is available to our guests free of charge.
Equipped with central and underfloor heating and the stove, the apartment offers all comfort in the cold season. A space in the closed underground car park is available free of charge for your vehicle.

Die 5 Sterne für Sauberkeit reichen gar nicht aus … Wir waren absolut positiv von der Wohnung überrascht. Sehr gute Ausstattung und auch die schönen Assesoirs haben dem Ganze eine besondere Note verliehen. Wir haben uns sehr Wohlgefühlt.

Perfekte Lage, tolle Wohnung !

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt mit 2 erwachsenen Kindern sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, bietet viel Platz und ist schön eingerichtet. Die Terrasse ist das ganz große Plus, hier kann man zu jeder Zeit wunderbar sitzen und auf Meer schauen. Geschäfte, Restaurants ect. sind fußläufig schnell zu erreichen. Die Tiefgarage ist ein ebenfalls ein echtes Plus. Wenn es überhaupt etwas anzumerken gibt, dann ist es des W-Lan, wenn 4 Personen gleichzeitig im Internet surfen wollen, ist es recht langsam. Zum Glück kommt das im Urlaub aber ja nicht so häufig vor ;-) Wir geben eine klare Reiseempfehlung und kommen gerne wieder !

Sehr schönes Objekt mit traumhafter Lage

Wir haben 2 Nächte dort verbracht und den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Service und Kontakt sehr gut und sehr freundlich. Der Aufenthalt war eine gute Erholung für uns! Sauna und danach Ausruhen auf dem Balkon mit Meerblick sowie das gemeinsames Kochen in der großen Küche haben wir sehr genossen. Vielen Dank für die umsichtige Einrichtung. Es ist alles vor Ort was das Herz begehrt.

Mega Blick auf die Ostsee

Super schöne Wohnung, mit allem was man braucht. Vielleicht sollte mal über neue Matratzen, vor allem in einem Zimmer nachgedacht werden. Enttäuscht sind wir über die Müll Entsorgung, da nicht die Möglichkeit bestand Müll richtig zu trennen.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in der es an nichts gemangelt hat. Tolle Aussicht und beste Lage. Wir waren total von Sauna und Whirlpool begeistert. Die Strandpromenade wird zur Zeit neu gemacht.

High End für Großenbrode

Die Wohnung war super sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet, von Kindergeschirr bis zu 12 Weingläsern alles da. Der Ausblick ist nicht zu toppen. Einzige Minuspunkte sind die Matratzen im Elternschlafzimmer, die ziemlich bretthart sind und die instabile Internetverbindung. Schön wäre ebenfalls wenn Netflix etc auf den Fernsehern funktionieren würde, diese sind leider zu alt dafür. Trotz Baustelle nebenan haben wir eine tolle Zeit gehabt und würden wiederkommen.

Nach über 30 Jahren Erfahrung mit Ferienhäusern/-wohnungen waren wir überrascht noch so etwas zu finden. Die vorherigen Bewertungen stimmen. Alles ist überkomplett vorhanden und von erstklassiger Qualität. Die Räumlichkeiten sind großzügig geschnitten,sehr sauber und harmonisch möbliert.Kompliment an den Vermieter! So was gibt's nur noch sehr selten. Gut...die Lokation ist kein Schnäppchen aber jeden Cent wert. Eigentlich etwas für einen Geheimtipp unter Freunden.Wir kommen wieder! Familie J.-Z.

Der abermalige Aufenthalt nach über einem Jahr hat erneut den sehr hohen Standard bestätigt. Alles wurde so vorgefunden wie beschrieben und hat wieder dazu beigetragen, dass wir uns mehr als wohl gefühlt haben. Hervorzuheben ist der Meeresblick, der (Sehn-)Suchtpotential hat. Mehr als erwartet !

Eine Ferienwohnung nach der Zertifizierung oder den Bildern zu beurteilen weckt Vorstellungen und Erwartungen.In diesem Falle wurde beides bei weitem übertroffen.Eines können weder Bewertungen noch Bilder, nämlich die Atmosphäre, den Wohlfühlfaktor einer Wohnung wiedergeben.Bei uns war es trotz eher bescheidener äußerer Bedingungen so, daß die Art , wie einen der Raum empfängt und umfängt uns nachhaltig beeindruckt hat. Die Ausstattung ist über jeden Zweifel erhaben und verdient das Prädikat : Überkomplett! Ob man Pflaster braucht oder Sauna-Öl. Selbst das Geschirr hat Designer-Qualittäten. Keine Kritik?? Ja doch ! Der Aufenthalt von 1 Woche hätte länger sein dürfen. Fazit: Jederzeit gerne wieder ! Familie E.
