Gorgeous Four Bedroom Home in Sag Harbor with Pool/water access

Beautiful, recently renovated home with tons of natural light, heated pool and water access to Peconic Bay at the end of the road! Set in tranquility, this is a perfect home for families looking to get away and relax while having lots of great activities only minutes away. The backyard is filled with trees and provides some natural shade in the open backyard during those hot summer days. Enjoy the newly lined, heated pool (with optional fence) or take a little walk down the road to the Peconic Bay water access. Take your kayak or paddle board or simply pick shells and watch the amazing sunset views!

Located in Noyac, less than 10 minutes away from Sag Harbor. Centrally located between Sag, Bridgehampton, and Southampton. Less than 5 minutes from Long Beach, and additional beaches just 10-20 minutes away! Just a few minutes away from a supermarket, local farms and restaurants even closer than town. This location is everything you're looking for.

The Large Master Bedroom, with King Bed and beautiful on suite bathroom is located on the first floor.

Full bathroom with laundry that opens up to the pool/back deck.

On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms and one bathroom.
1 bedroom with a Queen bed
1 with a full bed
1 with two, twin beds (bed rails available upon request)

Beautiful, well-kept Noyac home

We had a wonderful stay at this spacious, beautiful, well-kept Noyac home. The host, Eddie, was incredibly nice and communicative. Check-in and check out were a breeze. For families with small children, there are plenty of toys and books (but no longer a jungle gym) to keep the kids occupied, which makes packing easier. The pool is heated with a gate and there is also a door alarm for extra reassurance. We enjoyed our time here and have no complaints!

Great House, Great Host 10 minutes from sag Harbor

Fantastic 10 night experience. The house is a 2 minute walk from the bay and a great place to see sunsets. Foster memorial is a short 5 minute drive. The house is well appointed, and the heated pool was pristine. The finished basement and game room Our hosts were great. Professional, responsive, friendly and kind.
