The space is small, but exactly what we needed for an overnight stay. The owners contacted us well in advance with checkin information, it was very easy to find, the space was super clean and well maintained, and the neighborhood and stay were super quiet. Would happily stay here again!
We had a great stay at this VRBO. The detail and cleanliness of the room is better than many other locations. The room is set up well and we had plenty of room for us and a newborn to stay.

We found that this spot had everything we needed, and that the owner had thought of various little details that made our stay even better. Very clean. The setting outside wasn’t as rural as we thought it might be, but it was okay.
Very nice set up. The room was connected to the private residence but still was very private and quiet for us. Room, bedding, and bathroom was very clean and well organized. Property could use some cleaning up but did not effect our stay or take away from our experience. Highly recommended
Easily found, short drive to coffee shops and restaurants in downtown area. Perfect for a singleton-- would be tight quarters for 2 people IMO especially if with much stuff.Quiet neighborhood and all the amenities.Beautiful mountain view and table and chairs outside to sit, drink coffee and enjoy .
This was the perfect accommodation for me and my dogs for a weekend away. It was studio sized but had everything I needed including a fridge and microwave. The bed was comfortable, and gorgeous views from the front porch. Short drive to restaurants. Will definitely stay again when I come back to Livingston.
Clean place. Easy communication. Had everything we needed for a couple nights. Really hot in Livingston but the fans were nice and the place stayed relatively cool.
I love this place!!! I was invited by the owner to do a traditional “Sweat Lodge”. If you’re physically healthy and a spiritual person {not necessarily religious} and are offered the opportunity—I’d dot it! I am 72, it’s a bit demanding but the experience will stay with me forever. I facility is a little bit rustic, so if you’re look for Ritz Carlton—it’s not for…
SUPER comfy! Easy check in and easy check out. Very communitive landlord. They thought of everything for a bedtime get away and a morning start to gain quick access to the great community and the outdoors of Livingston. Great place to end up after a Brent Cobb show at The Saloon.
Room was very clean, bed comfortable. Appreciated basic cooking materials, especially coffee pot and mugs. Only complaint was how small the room was. On-line posting did not reveal this. We barely had room for our suitcases. We were only using Livingston as a stopover, so it was fine for one night. Would not want to stay there for a week.
This place was very clean and allowed pets. I thought there might be a fenced yard accessible but there wasn't. Livingston has a leash law for dogs which I appreciate! I was able to walk my dog safely though the neighborhood. Have a flashlight as there are no street lights. This place is small so if you were staying more than 2-3 days it might be inconvenient. It is close to the Yellowstone River. It was incredibly quiet and I loved that. The bathroom was very nice. I would stay again.

One night stay in a pea-sized space
Way too small, tiny is the right word for this property. We couldn’t even sit 2 people at the table in the cramped space. Glad we weren’t 2 big people. Price way too high for the tiny space we stayed in. Will not be back.
I booked this as a drop point for me to stay on a fishing trip. It was a perfect spot for me and what I needed. Very clean, very responsive owner and easy to get into. It is small but I didn’t mind the size at all. Would definitely stay here again.
This place is darling. Just what I needed. The bed is super comfortable. The shower has a water softener which I never wanted to get out of. It was lovely they provided a jug of purified water. I love all the touches that showed dogs ate welcomed. I don't have a dog with me, but as a dog lover that was really sweet. It was nice to sit outside and smell the fresh air. I made friends with a neighbor's hen that wandered over. I met Malcolm, the owner and he seems like a total gentlman. I would love to stay here again.
