About this property

"Nautilus" - dream holiday house under thatch for the perfect holiday on Rügen

The holiday home Nautilus has been newly built and is since 2017 in the holiday rental. It offers space for 7 to 8 people with its 4 bedrooms. The bedrooms are equipped with wooden floor. All beds and wardrobes are made of light solid wood in country style. Upstairs is a spacious full bath, in the basement there is a sauna with floor-level rain shower and spa. There is also a separate toilet with a large mirror and vanity available. The open living-dining area offers plenty of space for friends and family. The modern kitchen with cooking island, induction cooker and Mielegeräten invites you to cozy evenings and a lot of fun cooking.
The house is beautifully situated on the edge of a holiday village right on the edge of the forest. Various spacious terraces offer plenty of space and privacy, for rest and relaxation, in over 800 square meters of garden.
There is a Weber gas grill in the separate thatched garden shed, a cart for trips to the beach and a few other vehicles for children. You can also store your bikes here if necessary. Alternatively, there is still in front of the entrance bicycle handlebars for connection.

Ein tolles, sauberes Ferienhaus mit einer gehobenen Ausstattung. Es war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt, wie bspw. Fit, Spültabs, Lappen usw.Das Wäschepaket lohnt sich, es waren ausreichend Handtücher da. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut. Rundum nur zu empfehlen.

Grosses Haus - schöner Bering - Parkplatz eher klein wenn man mit 2 Wagen anreisen würde, geräumiges Gartenhäuschen wenn man mit Fahrräder anreist.Sehr gut und vollständig eingerichtet - insbesondere für Kinder. Fenster gut mit Insektenschutz gesichert NOTWENDIG!Check-in : uns fehlte der Hinweis auf einen Ordner - Wlan Adresse etc , Angaben zu Müllabfuhr haben wir nicht gefunden. Nummer zum Key-safe war falsch - hat sich aber schnell und freundlich telefonisch klären lassen.Unterm Strich Alles OK - Würde bei Bedarf das Haus nochmal mieten

Eine sehr komfortable, saubere Lokation mit hellen Räumen, einem tollen Garten und traumhafter Lage. Insbesondere auch für Kinder gut geeignet. Wir würden jederzeit wieder einen Urlaub dort verbringen.

Sehr schönes Haus, tolle Lage. Es gab Spiele und in einem Zimmer sogar Kinderspielzeug, im Schuppen diverse Roller. Leider war der Grill von den Vormietern nicht gereinigt. Wir hatten schöne Tage in diesem Haus.

Wir waren zu 100% begeistert. Das ist ein Top-Ferienhaus mit einer Top-Lage. Es war alles vorhanden. Sehr ruhige Lage direkt am Wald mit Zugang zur Ostsee oder zum Bodden.

Das Haus hat eine sehr schöne Lage, 12 Minuten zu Fuß ist man am Strand. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten leider nur mit Auto zu erreichen, also auch die morgendlichen Brötchen 😃 Das Haus ist sehr hübsch eingerichtet. Das vorhandene Bad ist geräumig, aber eben nur eins. Wir haben uns aufgeteilt auf Bad und Gäste WC und die Dusche in der Sauna. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und ausgiebig auf der Terrasse gefrühstückt. Man kann auf der großen Terrasse in der Sonne sitzen, aber auch im Schatten, so wie es jeder mag.

tolles Haus

Wir waren total fasziniert von dem Haus, da es für eine große Urlaubsgruppe ideal ist. Platz für alle, Spielzeug für Kinder, schöne Küche mit guter Ausstattung und ein toller Tisch zum Essen. Witterungsbedingt war ein nutzen der Terrasse nicht möglich aber mit den Möbeln vor Ort sicherlich im Sommer mega. Die Spielsachen für Kinder im Freien sind vielseitig und in einem guten Zustand. Zum Grillen gibt's es einen schönen großen Grill. Wir kommen sicherlich noch einmal wieder im Sommer.

Gefiel uns sehr gut. Haus hat alles was man braucht Und der Garten ist wirklich ruhig und Blick-sicher... großzügige Räume Sauberkeit war gut, Schade dass manche Urlauber immer wieder die Wände anrammeln müssen... Kontakt zur Verwaltung und Eigentümer super angenehm. Betten sind gut Kinderbett ist ebenfalls alles gut. Küchenausstattung ist topp Gasgrill könnten die Urlauber mehr pflegen/oder sich mal vorher informieren... Sauna sehr gut Bäder topp Würde es auch nochmals buchen... Kann es nur empfehlen!!!

Wunderbare Urlaubswoche

Das Haus liegt wunderbar ruhig und doch sehr zentral, da es zum Strand und auch zum Supermarkt nicht weit ist. Alles gut zu Fuß oder mit Fahrrad erreichbar. Sehr gute Ausstattung und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Gas-Weber-Grill ist der Hit und im Schuppen gibt es auch noch alles was man für den Strand braucht. In jedem Zimmer ist mindestens ein Fenster mit Mückenschutz ausgestattet und das ist zwingend nötig, denn Mücken gibt es leider mehr als genug, deshalb konnten wir den schönen Garten auch nicht ganz so ausgiebig benutzen. War aber auch ok, da wir viel mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs waren.

Toller Familienurlaub!

Wir haben eine Woche mit der ganzen Familie, bestehend aus drei Paaren und einem Baby, in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbracht und können das Objekt nur weiterempfehlen, da wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt haben. Die Küche ist mit hochwertigen Geräten ausgestattet, und es fehlt an nichts, was man zur Selbstversorgung benötigt. Selbst für die kleinsten Gäste ist vom Essgeschirr über Wickeltisch bis Spielzeug alles vorhanden. Die Lage ist ideal: Der wunderschöne Strand ist in einem Spaziergang von wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Auch die Hauptsehenswürdigkeiten von Rügen wie Kreidefelsen und Kap Arkona (letzteres geht auch super per Fahrrad) sind schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Einziger Punktabzug: Auch bei uns hatten die Reinigungskräfte nicht ihren besten Tag - es gab ein paar „runde Ecken“, die aber unsere Urlaubsfreude nicht getrübt haben;-]

Eine superschönes Haus, ohne Stress und unnötigen Ärger

Wir hatten hier im Oktober eine superschöne Woche. Nach ausgiebigen Wanderugen und Radtouren haben wir uns auch immer auf unser schönes Haus gefreut. Hier konnten wir den Tag in sehr gemütlicher Atmoshäre beim Kaminfeuer entspannt ausklingen lassen, ohne sich über irgendetwas ärgern zu müssen. Dankeschön dafür

Schönes Ferienhaus in einer tollen Umgebung. Sehr gute Ausstattung auch für Kinder. Netflix war vorhanden allerdings nicht abrufbar. Absoluter Minuspunkt war die mittelmäßige Sauberkeit. Wir haben aber eine sehr schöne Zeit verleben können.

Ein wunderschönes Haus in perfekter Lage

Wir haben unsere Hochzeitsreise in dem wunderschönen Ferienhaus "Nautilus" verbracht. Das Haus übertrifft die Beschreibungen des Vermieters. Die Ferienhaus-Siedlung liegt in perfekter Nähe zur Strandpromenade von Glowe. Auch andere Strände und Ausflugsziele sind mit dem Auto oder Fahrrad schnell zu erreichen. Es war ein unvergesslicher Urlaub und wir werden ganz sicher wieder kommen.

Toller Familienurlaub

Ganz toller Familienurlaub in 3 Generationen in diesem Haus. Wir waren mit 3 Kindern von 1-7 Jahren rundum ausgestattet. Lediglich die Hausreinigung bei Bezug hätte ein bisschen besser sein können. Ansonsten sehr empfehlenswert!
