Luxurious holiday home (165 m2) completed at the end of 2014 on spacious grounds with a view of the island of Hiddensee and directly at the nature reserve!
Window fronts over two floors in the living and dining area - with fireplace - offer the perfect panorama for observing sea and other birds (the bird flight path lies directly in front of the south-facing windows!).
Four cozy, maritime bedrooms (three of which are equipped with a flat screen) and three modern bathrooms with floor-level showers, one en-suite.
The extravagant bathroom with an infrared cabin, double vanity and free-standing bathtub is located on the upper floor and is really comfortable, even in the colder seasons. Studio room on the upper floor with direct access to the balcony and a great view of the sunset on the Bodden and Hiddensee, an ideal place for the sundowner!
The exclusive handleless design kitchen offers everything you need, even a Nespresso machine with milk frother!

Rugen rentalWe were very disappointed with our rental experience. The house was very cold when we arrived although the heat was on. It appeared the house had not been occupied for some while, and the in-floor heat had only recently been turned on (perhaps the morning of our arrival?) and it took 2 days for the house to warm up. It was very chilly! The dishwasher had a putrid odor after we ran it. There was old rotting food in the bottom, and pink slime on the dishwasher arms and gaskets. I dismantled as much as I could and cleaned it thoroughly. After multiple uses the odor finally dissipated.One of the cupboards had a broken hinge when we arrived. Two of the coffee makers were broken. We contacted the owner who sent a repair person the next day to fix the cabinet, but did not replace the broken coffee makers. Instead, we were told to use the nespreso machine. We were surprised that a replacement coffee maker was not provided. The kitchen was supplied with one dishcloth, one dishtowel, and only 3 dishwasher tabs to last our family of 7 for a week. The kitchen is compact, with room for only one or two people at a time. The dining room is also very compact and difficult to move around especially when people are seated at the table. The description and photos of bedrooms was inaccurate and deceiving. There are only 3 bedrooms with beds. On the website, the first two bedroom photos are of the same room, which is why we thought there were four bedrooms

We are very sorry that you did not feel as comfortable as hoped. As far as the cleaning problems are concerned I was worried and immediately contacted our facility manager. He apologized not having been able to send his normal staff due to illness-failures. Therefore it was not as thoroughly cleaned as usual. Normally, we are always informed ahead if something is broken or malfunctioning, like the coffee machine, so that we can replace it in time. This was not the case this time. We will also provide more table cloths in the future, thank you for the hint. As far as the complaints about the rooms are concerned, I do not agree ! There are 4 full bedrooms in the house (3 classic bedrooms, 1 bedroom on demand with queensize bed with normal mattress and to be closed by a sliding door), exactly as described online! It is not our intention to mislead our guests with false pictures, for instance by showing two different photos of one bedroom. This is normal practice. We also never heard complaints about the kitchen- and dining room size before... We apologize for the inconvenience and will take your comments as a challenge to improve our procedures.

Kleiner Freundeskreis

Wir waren zu sechst ein Hund über Silvester in der Ferienwohnung. Wir haben uns von Anfang sehr wohl gefühlt. Zu Beginn fehlte eine Garnitur Bettwäsche aber eine kurze Email reichte und ein nettes Telefonat mit Frau Brethauer und das Problem war gelöst. Wir hatten eine unglaublich schöne Zeit und konnten in toller Atmosphäre das neue Jahr beginnen. Ein Highlight war definitiv die Infrarot-Kabine. Sehr gerne wieder!

Das Haus, die Lage und die Umgebung sind wunderbar. Die Ausstattung ist top mit vielen hochwertigen Extras. Die Vermieterin hat uns außerdem mit vielen nützlichen Tipps versorgt, z.B. dass man den Service des benachbarten Resorts mitnutzen kann.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dem mit Liebe eingerichtetem Ferienhaus ,es war alles vorhanden,sind in 4 Generationen gereist , es hatte in dem großen Haus jeder seinen Rückzug und von dem Standort aus konnten wir viele Ausflüge planen ,Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut .

Like in a paradice

Auch wenn mehrere Tage die Sonne nicht zum Vorschein kam, nur der erste und der letzte Tag verwöhnten uns damit, bot das Haus mit der geschmackvollen Einrichtung eine echte Urlaubs- und Erholungsmöglichkeit. Wirklich empfehlenswert !!!

Schönes Haus mit kleinen Abstrichen.

Es ist ein wunderschönes Objekt auch sehr idyllisch gelegen. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll. Minuspunkte gab es jedoch auch. Beim Einzug mussten wir erst einmal durch saugen, dass hätten wir uns anders erwünscht. Bäder und Küche waren von der Sauberkeit OK. Was wir als sehr störend empfanden war, das die beiden Bäder im EG sehr unangenehm rochen. Geschuldet durch die Abflüsse. Unglaublich schön, war der Kamin ein echter Magnet und Herzstück des Hauses. Sonst machte das Haus einen guten Eindruck mit normalen gelebten Gebrauchsspuren, kann man das Haus mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Das Haus war gut gepflegt und bot ausreichend Platz für alle. Ein Manko war die offene Galerie sowie Glastüren zum oberen Balkon und dem Studio (Schlafzimmer für die Kids); zu hell zum Schlafen, sehr warm und hellhörig. Leider konnten wir das großzügige Aussengelände nicht richtig nutzen, da es hier viel zu viele Mücken gab. Leider mussten wir alle Unternehmungen mittels Autos bewältigen, da ÖPNV sehr mangelhaft ist.

1. Die Einrichtung war bei Erstbezug nicht sauber. (Wurde innerhalb von zwei Std. gereinigt, nach Anzeige bei der Reinigungsfirma) 2. Fliegengitter waren nicht vollständig vorhanden. An den Terrassentüren nicht mehr funktional angebracht, die Funktion "Fliegengitter" war nicht gegeben. Die Leisten lagen nicht mehr am Fensterrahmen an. 3. Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung ist gut!

Superschönes Haus

Wir haben uns in dem Haus wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles vorhanden, was man sich wünscht. Die Wärmekabine war der Hammer. Aber auch die komplett vorhandene Babyausstattung. Vielen Dank auch an Frau Brethauer, die sich sofort gekümmert hat, wenn etwas zu beanstanden war und um Abhilfe gesorgt. Ein rundum schöner Urlaub ist leider nach zwei Wochen zu Ende gegangen.

Wunderschönes Haus

Ein wunderschönes Haus mit sehr geschmackvoller Einrichtung. Perfekt für 3 Paare. Leider ist das Haus nicht sehr gepflegt, die Mieter gehen offensichtlich auch nicht sehr pfleglich mit der Einrichtung um. Defekte und verschmutzte Gartenmöbel. Das Haus wurde auch nicht sauber übergeben. Aber alles in allem kann man sich dort sehr wohl fühlen.

erholsamer Urlaub

Es war ein erholsamer Urlaub, das Feriendomizil war sehr schön. Die Villa war mit allen erforderlichen ausgestattet was man benötigt selbst für unser Baby. Ein sehr kinderfreundliches Feriendomizil.
