Welcome to our charming lake home on a quiet street in the heart of the Fingerlakes. With ample room for 3-4 vehicles and plenty of space inside and out. The lake house has a beautiful deck overlooking Honeoye Lake, kayaks and a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The property has bedrooms on main floor and 2 full bathrooms too! Enjoy the beautiful sun and have a wonderful vacation!
1. No more than 3 cars at property due to road regulations. Cars may park on next street if needed. Please keep noise levels respectful as families with children live close.
2. No more than 8 overnight guests
3. No littering
4. Quiet hours are from 11pm to 7am
5. Camp fires must be attended
6. Follow New York penal code 240.20 regarding disorderly conduct
