Welcome to our charming lake home on a quiet street in the heart of the Fingerlakes. With ample room for 3-4 vehicles and plenty of space inside and out. The lake house has a beautiful deck overlooking Honeoye Lake, kayaks and a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The property has bedrooms on main floor and 2 full bathrooms too! Enjoy the beautiful sun and have a wonderful vacation!
1. No more than 3 cars at property due to road regulations. Cars may park on next street if needed. Please keep noise levels respectful as families with children live close.

2. No more than 8 overnight guests

3. No littering

4. Quiet hours are from 11pm to 7am

5. Camp fires must be attended

6. Follow New York penal code 240.20 regarding disorderly conduct

Our family enjoyed the view! The beds were comfy had plenty of Linen's for all of us. Kids enjoyed the kayaks. Host was quick to respond and help with any issues.

Peace and tranquillity

Just a short hop from Rochester, Honeoye Lake is a perfect get-away without a long drive. Everything we needed was on the property. Kayaks, fire pit (along with a woodpile), outdoor grill, inner tubes for floating in the lake, indoor games, linens so we didn’t have to bring, and plenty of space for a family of 6 to get some personal time when needed. GREAT escape!
