Welcome to Twin Creeks. Private Chalet with hot tub - 11 minute to Bristol Mtn!
Welcome to Twin Creeks
All new Chalet nestled on park like 32 acres in Bristol NY. Our home is conveniently located within 9 minutes to Bristol Mountain, 12 minutes to Honeoye Lake, and 20 minutes to Canandaigua Lake. The area is also convenient to many wineries, breweries, and parks.
There are stairs that lead to the front door. You will have access to the main floor and upstairs area. It includes a full kitchen, great room, dining area, laundry room, three bedrooms (two king and one queen bed), a loft area with queen size pullout, and two full baths. All furnishings and kitchenware are brand new. The basement and garage will be locked and not accessible. There are also locked cabinets in each closet.
The hot tub is new with seven-person seating capacity. It has colored led lighting and a waterfall feature. It is serviced weekly, and the service people may visit briefly during your stay. They typically do not stay long and will be visiting during regular business hours. Please do not bring any glassware into or by the hot tub area.
The homes mechanics:
There is a ring doorbell camera and coded access entry. No other cameras are onsite.
It is on well water and has a full Aqua Source water filtration system installed including a water softener. We were informed the water quality is filtered better than local municipalities and is safe for drinking.
It has zoned heating, with central air controls for the main living area and heat pump controls for the master suite.
The available Wi-Fi is fiber optic.
The land:
A map of the land is posted onsite for your reference. While there, you will see deer along with other local wildlife and many bird species. Clear nights provide beautiful stargazing.
The fire pit area is located on an old cabin foundation incorporated into the final professional landscape design. There may be some firewood stacked for usage. You may use any firewood there and you are also free to collect and burn downed tree limbs. Do not cut or remove any attached tree limbs. No fire starters are provided, you will need to gather and start fire with found kindling.
The land that it is located on is unique in that it is an old girl scout camp. There is an old intact cabin and old cabin/camp ruins around the property. The cabin can be viewed from the outside, but do not enter as it is not structurally sound. The acreage has old trails and ruins from the original camp; however, these are not maintained. You may hike property at your own risk. Please stay at least seven feet from creek beds and sloped areas.
We have deterrents in place for unwanted critters. Please help by not leaving any food outside as this could attract raccoons, bears, etc. Clean up food timely inside to avoid attracting mice or ants.
What’s included:
Fresh linens, dish soap, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, two dish washer cleaner pods, two washer pods, toilet paper, garbage bags, and a roll of paper towels. Each guest will be provided a full set of towels including body, face, hand, and beach towels. Salt and pepper are provided. Others may buy and decide to leave spices behind for others to use. Had wedding nearby at Timber Trails and stayed at this house for 3 nights/4 days. The place is very new and everything worked well. Air conditioning was super cold (in a good way)! We did not use hot tub but it looked nice and there’s also a nice fire pit (we were just too busy). I would highly recommend this place. Maryellen even let us add on an extra day last minute.

It was our pleasure to host you at Twin Creeks. We enjoyed being a small part of your fun. You’re welcome back anytime.
Twin Creeks was not only very clean but just as the pictures show. Tastefully decorated, serene setting and the perfect place for our family getaway weekend. Large lot to run around playing games, sitting by fire pit, carving pumpkins and the hot tub perfect. We ranged from age 70 - 6 months old. We woke up to deer visiting and turkey/deer visits at dusk. Maryellen was very easy to work with. Check in was a breeze and when we ran into power outage she replied with minutes. Will definitely be staying again.
The house was clean and well maintained. Beds were very comfortable and the host provided more Tyson enough towels and other amenities. The house layout was perfect for a group of folks. Huge deck that went to the hot tub (which we truly enjoyed) and overlooked the GORGEOUS property. It was very private. The property owner was available and answered questions promptly (yes…I had a few). I’d highly recommend staying here!!!!

Thank you, Ryan. It was a pleasure to host your group. So happy you enjoyed your stay!
We rented this charming home to stay near our daughter’s wedding at Cummings Nature Center, and it was the perfect backdrop for a beautiful weekend. The house is full of Finger Lakes charm and is thoughtfully decorated with local touches. Communication with the owner was excellent throughout; she was responsive, kind, and made everything seamless. One small note: the gravel walkway was a bit tricky to navigate in high heels. A more even path would make arrivals and departures a little easier.Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this property to others looking for a peaceful and picturesque getaway in the Finger Lakes region.

We’re so glad you enjoyed your stay. Thank you for the feedback about the gravel walkway. I agree a paved walkway would be a lot easier for heels. Certainly a future enhancement to consider. You’re welcome back anytime!
We stayed here for one night for a ladies weekend in the winter and the house was great for our group. Excellent condition, clean, and the interior seemed brand new. We had ample towels/blankets/pillows, etc. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed for meals. The beds were comfortable. There were towels set out on the bed for us as well as towels for the hot tub. The host gave us good local recommendations and we enjoyed a nice dinner on the lake nearby. Beautiful home!
