Vacation apartment Maria at Casa Pimi in Malcesine, the pearl of Lake Garda
The holiday home DONATO is centrally located in Malcesine, only 200 meters from the promenade with lido and restaurants. It is a 1-minute drive to the town center, but you can also get to the town center along the promenade.
The house has two identical apartments that were renovated, renovated and completely refurbished in 2018.
These are the apartments ANNA and MARIA, each with a separate entrance and a size of approx. 60 m². The apartments have a large balcony on the lake side and a garden with garden furniture and barbecue on the mountain side, which can be used by both apartments. There is a free parking space for each apartment directly at the Donato holiday home. The apartments can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. Pets are very welcome.
The apartment MARIA has a size of approx. 60 m². It has a large living room with a modern sofa bed and an integrated kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower / WC / BD. The kitchen in the living room has an induction hotplate, a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee machine and a refrigerator. A 32 inch SAT LCD with all common German programs is available. WiFi is available free of charge. A safe is in the closet. The air conditioning can also be used as an option. The apartment also has a balcony on the lake side with garden furniture. The apartment ANNA is completely laid out with parquet. A closed parking space for a car is available below the Donato holiday home.
Pets are very welcome.
