Amongst the stunning landscape of Cochrane lies the sought-after community of Riviera. This family home is nestled in the river valley across from the Bow River. Surrounded by natural beauty, much of this community is dedicated to parks, green spaces, and trails, yet town amenities are just a short drive away. Make sure to watch for and appreciate the resident deer, coyotes, owls, and the odd bear passing through this natural neighbourhood.
This home has an open-concept floor plan on the main level, with a large granite kitchen island, perfect for entertaining and preparing family meals. In the family room, curl up on the couch next to the natural gas fireplace after a day of playing in the mountains (just a short drive away).
Upstairs, the master bedroom has a soft king-sized bed and a full ensuite with a shower stall and oversized bathtub. There are two more bedrooms, another full bath, and a sensibly-sized bonus room, which adds to the appeal of this home.
Although the basement is an unfinished teen man-cave, there is a double bed, access to an Xbox One, and a single bed for an additional sleeping area.
A fully fenced backyard, comfy outdoor furniture, and the use of a propane barbecue create an inviting outdoor space that lets you sit back, relax, and enjoy the sounds of nature in this quiet, picturesque neighbourhood.

I am a local Cochranite that has the privilege of having almost 3 months off annually. I enjoy travelling myself, so I use this time away from my own home to see other parts of the world, often using VRBOs myself.
What makes this property unique
I am a dog lover at heart and I wanted to fill a void I often found when trying to travel with my own pets. I am a pet friendly choice. I believe that most people are responsible pet owners that just want to enjoy travel time with family (which includes pets). My home is also in a fabulous area of this town and in close proximity to an amazing multi-use off-leash area.
