Other things to note
+ We have security camera outside the front and back door. This will be on during your stay. The sole purpose is to protect you and property, There is
absolutely no camera inside.
+ Supplies provided are limited. For stays longer than 14 days where supplies may run out, you will need to replenish the supplies for your stay.
+ .For snow removal during our winter season (October-April), a contractor clears the driveway, path to the entrance, and city sidewalk. During continuous snow, please note that public walkways are prioritized according to city bylaws.
Snow clearing occurs once every 24 hours during ongoing snowfall. Driveways are addressed as needed until the snow event concludes. We cannot guarantee our property will be the first to be cleared or that all ice will be removed.
A shovel (and ice melt, if required) is provided for your use. Your safety is important to us; please be mindful of your footing and take care when moving around the property
+ During the summer season (mid-May to September), our lawn is professionally mowed every two weeks. Please be aware that due to the contractor's scheduled visits, the lawn may not always appear freshly cut. If you require additional lawn care services beyond this regular schedule, please let us know.
+ No party/No Smoking /No drug/No marijuana/No pets allowed in this property!!!
+ We value everyone's sleep and ask for your consideration regarding noise between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM (Monday-Saturday) and 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM (Sundays and holidays). This includes turning down music and generally reducing noise. Guests arriving after 10:00 PM are especially asked to close car doors quietly. We appreciate your understanding.
