Hier bieten wir Ihnen 6 Ferienwohnungen und 1 Ferienhaus für Ihre Erholung im Berchtesgadener Land mit seinen vielfältigen Freizeitmöglichkeiten zu jeder Jahreszeit. Ein fantastischer Ausblick auf die umliegende Bergwelt und das Zentrum von Berchtesgaden erwarten Sie. Zu Fuß erreichen Sie in gut 5 Minuten das Zentrum des malerischen Ortes, der Aufstieg beim Rückweg dauert etwas länger.
Die Ferienwohnung mit rd. 44 m² Wohnfläche im Obergeschoss besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und einem hellen Wohnraum (zusätzliche Schlafmöglichkeit für 2 Personen), Ausziehcouch, einer Kochnische mit Küchenausstattung, einer Dusche mit WC, einer separaten Toilette und einem großen Südbalkon. Sie ist für maximal 4 Personen geeignet.

Lovely place to stay, clean and well equipped. For awareness, the walk into the town is not far but being located on a hill it is a bit more strenuous on the return. Beautiful scenery to enjoy along the way but may be an issue for anyone with mobility issues without a car.

Ich und meine Kinder waren sehr zufrieden mit der Ferienwohnung. Es war alles da was wir benötigten. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, alles verlief reibungslos und unkompliziert. Gerne wieder.

Solide Unterkunft mit guter Lage

Solide, saubere Unterkunft. Gute Lage, in Berchtesgaden. Ausstattung ist gut und wie angegeben, jedoch vom Stil etwas altbacken. Leider uns die Kurkarte gefehlt.

Tolle Lage oberhalb von Berchtesgaden

Es waren schöne 2 Wochen. Leider erwischten wir eine Extremwetterlage (1 m Schneehöhe), was zur Folge hatte, dass wir nicht problemlos in den Ort kamen und zurück, und unsere Abreise gestaltete sich dadurch sehr schwierig. Bei besserem Wetter liegt die Wohnung wunderbar und wir würden dort wieder gerne dort wohnen.

Nette Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft liegt in ruhiger fast ländlicher Lage und ist doch fußläufig von der Fußgängerzone aus zu erreichen. Die Übergabe, das heißt die An- und Abreise, war sehr zwanglos. Nicht ganz so schön war die innenliegende Essküche, d.h. der Raum hatte kein Fenster. Zudem hätte die Küchenausstattung etwas umfangreicher sein können. Auch fehlte es an Gewürzen etc. Es gab lediglich Salz ;-) Trotzdem ist die Wohnung zu empfehlen.

Sehr ruhig gelegen.

Ruhig, sauber, alles prima. Der Balkon ist super zum draußensitzen. Für die letzten (Höhenhmeter vom Ort hoch braucht es etwas Ausdauer, aber in 10min sind die auch geschafft
