Imagine soaking up the unobstructed sunsets or spotting sea life on the 300 sqft, newly retiled balcony at The Princess Condos. This freshly renovated 2 bed/2 bath, 1600sq ft, 15th floor end unit with stunning western views of Panama City Beach. Well equipped kitchen! Located 3 miles from St. Andrews State Park and a 20 min drive to Pier Park, there's an endless list of things to do everywhere in between. With only 5 units per floor, there's plenty of parking, always room at one of the 3 heated pools, no long waits for elevators. We include 4 beach lounge chairs with umbrellas that are available March 1st-October 31st. Princess is quiet and laid back which is why it's highly sought after. We love how the beach is never too crowded and the sunset viewing from our unobstructed balcony can't be beat! Sleeps up to 6 guests. Lots of amenities and host is always available if needed.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Housekeeping requests that you don't strip the beds.
Wash, dry and return all beach towels to linen closet.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
A complete list of house rules will be emailed to you at booking.
Each guest is required to purchase a parking pass ($30) per car, payable in rental office. Pass must be visible in car during stay.

Wonderful condo and views!

We loved our stay at the condo. Everything was updated and all the furniture and beds were very comfortable and clean. We loved the views from the large corner balcony!

Beautiful Condo

We had a wonderful vacation at this condo. Nicely decorated and the most comfortable bed in the master bedroom. The kitchen was so well stocked with anything and everything you could possibly need. The property at Princess is very nice and not that large. It is very close to many many good restaurants. Would highly recommend this location and we will be back again !

Perfect Vacation

Everything was perfect with our stay. The condo was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Everything we possibly needed for our stay was provided. Owner was great to work with and communicated well. The staff on site were very friendly and helpful. You cannot beat the location or the view. Cannot say enough good things about this rental, we would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful condo!

We had an amazing time in this unit! It’s beautifully done and so comfy!! From the couches to the beds, everything was perfect! Kim was also a great communicator, and I would recommend this unit and complex to everyone! This unit was also very well equipped with absolutely everything we needed to cook and live as if it was our home! Truly great stay!

Perfect paradise

We loved our stay! The host was wonderful with communication and making sure we had all we needed and were comfortable. The condo looks exactly like the photos, extremely clean and decorated beautifully. We had no wants for anything as she has stocked the home with everything you can imagine, just like being at home. We will certainly book again. Thankful we found our new favorite beach place to stay.

Fantastic Home!

The space is fantastic!! The views are incredible, and the condo itself is exquisite. We enjoyed sunsets from the balcony every evening and walks on the beach each morning. Communication with the host was excellent! If we come to PBC again, we will book this condo.

2022 PCB getaway

We visit PCB annually this time of year, sometimes twice per year. We have stayed at many condominiums over the years and have fallen in love with the Princess. This was our fourth time staying there. This unit 1505 exceeded our expectations and we were impressed with the service from the owner and hope to rent this one again. Highly recommend this unit as well as Princess in general.

It has world class dining, hometown cooking, shopping, fishing, golfing, shelling, amazing weather and so much more. We love the Southern hospitality in this bustling town! We hope you fall in love with our condo and want to return time and time again.

Why they chose this property

Princess Condos is located at the east end of Panama City Beach on Biltmore Beach, close to St. Andrew's State Park. We are close to shopping and dining options but far enough away to feel like the beach is yours!

2 outdoor heated pools, 1 indoor heated pool. Hot tub. Gym with beach view. Tennis/pickleball court, shuffle board, basketball, outdoor gas grilling area. This unit comes with a reserved set of beach chairs with umbrella (March 1-Oct 1)
