NEW TO VIP RENTAL PROGRAM!
Check out this fully updated 12th floor gulf front condo at the Princess Condominiums! Freshly painted, new carpet, new smart TV's. Princess 1204 is a three bedroom, three bath condo on the 12th floor sitting directly on the gulf. The 10' x 30' oceanfront balcony has amazing views. You'll never miss a sunset and they're spectacular!
The living room boasts a new sleeper sofa, two flexsteel chairs with ottomans, a comfy recliner and a new 65" smart television includes 80 cable channels and numerous streaming channels. You can also stream movies or shows on your favorite app. Also included is a wet bar with separate undercounter ice machine. The dining table seats 6 with an additional 4 barstools at the kitchen bar. You can prepare your favorite dish in the fully stocked kitchen that includes all the major and small appliances. The separate laundry room has a full-sized washer and dryer and a laundry sink. There's plenty of room for storing all your stuff!
The gulf front master bedroom has a king bed, 43" smart television and plenty of storage. There's a separate walk-in closet in the luxury master bath boasting double sinks, a whirlpool tub and separate shower. One guest bedroom has a queen bed with private bath and the other has 2 queen beds with adjacent bath.
This east end Panama City Beach condominium is a family friendly place where all the condos are beachfront. There are 2 beachfront heated pools and an outdoor Jacuzzi at the Princess. If that's not enough, there's also a beachfront heated indoor pool and a fitness room to work off all those seafood feasts.

Princess Condominiums is situated directly on the beach, so there are no roads to cross and NO crowds or problems to tend with!

This 3-bedroom unit on the 12th floor offers some of the best sunsets around. You can see the curve of the coastline to the West! It's amazing! And the marine life you will see from your 288 square foot balcony is the best FREE show Mother Nature has to offer!
If you rent our condo, you will be the able to relax in your FREE BEACH CHAIRS under your own beach umbrella while watching the waves and people on the beach. If you like, you can just lay out by the beachfront pool or take a dip in the hot tub. If you feel the need to work off those extra calories, our fitness room is open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily. The best thing about our condo is that it is a quiet piece of paradise just minutes away from anything that you want to do on your vacation. Panama City Beach has great restaurants and fun attractions for the family to do and see! NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. THIS IS A NON-SMOKING UNIT. YOU MUST BE 26 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO RENT THIS CONDO. CHECK-IN IS 4 P.M., CHECK-OUT IS 10 A.M.
