Good communication with host, easy to find and acess to apartment easy. The apartment was well located, spacious, clean and tidy with most basic amenities provided - would have appreciated a bottle of water on arrival though! It was nice to have access to the Pool up the road.

If you are looking for modernity this appartment is not for you. Bed are not confortable neither the caouch, the washing machine is outside , there is no no o en also. Honestly i Will never came back to p this island

Lovely apartment close to the beach

We had an excellent stay and Ursula is a fantastic host. Our flight into Palma was delayed so we ended up arriving very late at night. Finding our way to the apartment was challenging in the dark. We didn’t expect to arrive so late and sadly didn't find the exterior light timer switch til the next morning. The apartment itself is well appointed and the strong air con in the bedroom will cool the entire apt (as long as fans are provided). There were no fans when we arrived, but Ursula arranged for one to be brought promptly the next morning. Parking is available for free on the street and even during the high season, we never had a problem finding a parking spot close to the apartment. There are two excellent beaches and a swimming pool all a short walk from the apartment. It was really nice to have both the sea and a pool available during our stay. The apartment has a damp issue which leads to a persistent mildew smell in the bathroom and in the bedroom closet. For this reason, we avoided using the bedroom closet. However, the bedroom is plenty big enough so we were able to set up our suitcases on the floor. I could see the mold/mildew being a problem for someone with allergies, so perhaps a dehumidifier can help to improve this. Cala San Vicente is a lovely and quiet area. We enjoyed day trips over to Alcudia and Port de Pollenca, but also loved coming back to a quieter and less crowded town. Overall, we had and excellent holiday and would gladly stay here again.

Eigentlich alles in Ordnung. Es waren allerdings, ohne vorherige Info, in unserer Abwesenheit Handwerker in der Unterkunft, die dort gearbeitet und danach Müll hinterlassen haben. Außerdem waren Fotos der Nachbarferienwohnung inseriert

Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin Ursula bei der Buchung war sehr gut. Wir konnten alles im Vorfeld klären und dank der super Anfahrtsbeschreibung haben wir die Ferienwohnung problemlos gefunden. Parkplätze waren immer ausreichend an der Straße vorhanden. Die Ferienwohnung war wie beschrieben. Möbel und Badezimmer sind zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, trotzdem gibt es 5 Sterne, da alles super sauber und sehr nett hergerichtet war. An Ausstattung war alles da, was man so braucht. Highlight ist die wirklich schöne Terrasse. Der Ort ist klein aber fein. Es gibt schöne kleine Badebuchten, genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Ein Dank an Ursula, dass Sie mit der Unterkunft zu einem schönen Urlaub beigetragen hat.

Tout simplement parfait

Appartement grand et bien agencé , douche italienne, Clim, terrasse spacieuse et ombragée, emplacement au top, piscine à 300 mètres entretenu et grande, 3 plages à 250 mètres, supérette a 50 mètres.Seul bémol nous avions demandé un lit supplémentaire pour notre fils de 13ans et même si Ursula nous avait dit qu’il serait là à notre à arrivé il n’y avait que le canapé mon fils a très bien dormi malgré tout dans le canapé.Merci à Ursula pour avoir permis de passer un agréable séjour dans son appartement .

Wunderschöner Urlaub in Cala Sant Vincenç

Es war ein toller Urlaub auf Mallorca. Die Unterkunft war schön groß und perfekt ausgestattet, wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt. Die Terrasse ist perfekt zum Entspannen! Leider war es nicht das gleiche Appartment wie auf den Bildern, sondern das nebenan mit einem älteren Badezimmer. Das Bad hätte etwas gepflegter sein können. Sonst war alles perfekt! Die Kommunikation zur Agentur lief einwandfrei und unsere Wunsch nach frischen Handtüchern wurde sofort umgesetzt. Wir kommen gerne wieder! :)

Sehr süße Wohnung mit guter Lage im

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Wir wollten hauptsächlich wandern gehen dafür war die Lage der Wohnung ideal. Das Meer ist auch nicht weit und Cala Sant Vincence ist sehr sehr hübsch, aber hauptsächlich touristisch. Die Wohnung war für unsere Zwecke super. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden um kochen zu können. Der einzige Kritik Punkt, die wirklich schlimmen Gerüche aus dem Bad, die gegen Ende der Woche sehr schlimm geworden sind. Mit Tieren hatten wir keine Probleme. Man muss eben mit Essensreste aufpassen da die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss liegt. Die Terrasse ist sehr schön.

Funktionale Ferienwohnung mit schöner Terrasse

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Untergeschoss der kleinen Appartmentanlage, was weiter nicht dramatisch ist, nur war es etwas miefig in der Wohnung. Ansonsten ist alles da was man benötigt. Schöne, geräumige Terrasse. Unkomplizierte Abstimmung mit der Vermieterin. Nicht weit zu einem der beiden Strände. Der Pool befindet sich unweit in einer anderen Appartmentanlage, was wir etwas komisch fanden und ihn deshalb nicht genutzt haben.

Apartamento aceptable, con peros.

La llegada no nos fue muy complicada, aunque en el momento de encontrar el apartamento nos hicimos un poco de lío ya que no precisaba si era el del lado derecho o izquierdo El apartamento perfecto, muy bien equipado. Sin embargo, nos llovió un día, y salieron bastante cucarachas en el baño (nos encontramos tramos una grande y varias pequeñitas). Fue un momento bastante feo.

Urlaubshorror mit jeder Menge Kakerlaken

1. Sauberkeit. Haare vom Vormieter im Bad darf man selber entfernen 2. Küche: minimal ausgestattet, Herdplatten defekt, es wird behauptet sie funktionieren, erst nach 2 Von 3 Wochen erfolgt ein Austausch 3.KAKERLAKEN: leider täglich bis zu 20 Kakerlaken im Bad, darunter auch sehr große. Trotz Einsatz des Kammerjägers keine Besserung. 11 Tage lang wurden wir jeden Tag vertröstet, dass das Gift erst wirken muss. Täglich sprühte der Hausmeister das Bad mit Gift voll. Ein Einsatz von Pestiziden( von Frau Hundrich abgestritten von der Hausverwaltung bestätigt) bedeutet im Normalfall eine Rückerstattung von 100% pro verwendetem Reisetag, hierzu später mehr 4. Schimmel: die Wand hinter den Betten komplett verschimmelt, angeblich nur Feuchtigkeitsflecken die nach der Saison renoviert werden. 5. Klimaamlage: komplett verschimmelt, nach Benutzung ein stechender Geruch im ganzen Zimmer. Die Hausverwaltung teilte mit dass eine komplette Schimmelentfernung auf die Schnelle nicht möglich sei. Wir wurden also im Schimmel zurück gelassen, zudem dann auch noch der Geruch des Schimmelsprays kam. 6. Geruch aus dem Abfluss können wir bestätigen. Insgesamt ein Horroraufenthalt. Es gab einen Zeitpunkt, an dem ich telefonisch von Frau Hundrich angewiesen wurde endlich meinen Urlaub zu genießen und mich nicht mehr aufzuregen. Unprofessioneller Umgang mit Problemen. Eine Rückzahlung von unter 50% Erfolgte nach unkooperativen Verhandlungen. Viel zu wenig nach deutschem Reiserecht…

Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances dans ce logement idéalement situé ( proche des magnifiques criques de Cala Sant Vicenç). La terrasse est ombragée et très agréable. Ursula est très réactive et disponible. Très bon contact. Nous reviendrons avec beaucoup de plaisir.
