D'arbonne Nest Rentals: The Eagles Nest Cabin

Welcome to D'arbonne Nest Rentals, The Eagles Nest Cabin. Come RELAX with us! Our cabin offers 2 bedrooms (queen & twin beds), an upstairs loft space with an additional full size bed. There is plenty of room in upstairs loft and living room as well for others to sleep if you want to bring a blow up mattress. One full bath, fully equipped kitchen with all the kitchen essentials. Enjoy lounging on our spacious patio with a small outdoor table, chairs, and outdoor grill. Never worry about running out of hot water, we have a tankless hot water heater. FRONT row seats to the 4th of July hosted by our local Chamber of Commerce. We are just minutes from downtown Farmerville to enjoy local restaurants & shops. Fishermen WELCOME & we are less than 2-3 miles from MOST public boat ramps located on Lake D'arbonne. We offer lake passes to our guests who will be boating on the lake, to avoid from our guests having to pay public launch fees. 



Pets: We are pet friendly. Pre approval is required. $100 refundable pet deposit per pet as long as there is not any damages incurred upon stay. Pet deposit will be collected after booking approval in a separate invoice.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Remove all food items from refrigerator/freezer and any other groceries and take with you or place in trash. Gather all bed linens, towels, and any other linens and place in laundry hamper.
Tie up trash, if more than one bag of trash place other bags of trash in outside trash can on front patio. Do not leave trash outside of the can.
Turn off all lights, TV, and leave thermostat on 72 degrees. Lock all doors upon departure.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
