Good property with clean beds and okay pier, seemed like it needs some work done. Found multiple dead and alive cockroaches as well as other dead insects inside the home. Overall nice property despite the bugs and location next to a house that was not shown on the listing.

Property was way out in the Country like I was hoping for, The fishing dock does need some repairs in the near future, just watch where you’re stepping, T-mobile phone service isn’t the best but it does work, just need a Hotspot as there is No WiFi

Cozy

If you want to stay out in the middle of nowhere where it quiet, this is the place to go. The surrounding yard was not very pleasant, it was quite messy but once you get past that, it’s ok. The piers didn’t look promising to walk on so we didn’t attempt to use them. Once you get inside the cabin, you feel much better. It’s got an old timey fire place but we didn’t feel like gathering the wood to use it because it was too cold, so we just used the central ac/heating unit and plugged in 1 of the new heaters they left for us. Some of the dishes were dirty so of course we didn’t use them, the toothpaste, shampoo, and conditioner that was there was half used as well. We went for 1 night and had a blast so the things I mentioned weren’t a huge deal to us but if we would’ve been there for a whole weekend, I wouldn’t have been very pleased.
