Nice property

Really nice spot. Close to groceries. Having tge shuttle on the property was a huge plus. Having the pool at the villa was amazing.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Plenty of hang out space in the kitchen/living area and also the adjacent patio area. The location to the beach was great and parking was easy for the car rental. We walked the pool, restaurants and to the beach but there was also shuttles that ran regularly. We had a lovely breakfast with a beautiful view at the hotel restaurant in Villa Sol. The hosts were very responsive. Thanks!

Great location to a beautiful beach

My family of 5 had a great 4 day stay here. We did not spend much time in the condo, but found it to have everything we needed. We did enjoy the plunge pool. The condo is within a secured resort area. We walked to the beach everyday (about 10 minutes, but there are shuttles available) The beach is great with 4 bars/restaurants with great drinks and food. The condo had beach towels, chairs, soft sided cool for use. Would stay again!

Excellent Spot for Costa Rica Family Vacation

My husband, daughter and her spouse, and our 16-year-old grandson and I found Villa Sol #1 an excellent landing spot for our first CR visit. The villa is just as advertised. The pictures are an accurate description. It's in a convenient location to Playa Hermosa and other national CR treasures. Anytime I had to communicate with the property manager, he replied quickly and did everything to make our stay comfortable. I would definitely recommend this location to others.

Great value for a beach rental

This is an older property on a fabulous beach. It seems as though the owners are in the process of slowly upgrading the interior. The AC works and the stove and refrigerator are new. They were very responsive to our questions and concerns. If you want an inexpensive place to stay close to the beach and aren’t expecting a place that has been completely renovated consider this rental.

I would agree. We have always focused on making sure everything functions properly and address feedback as it comes in. We have a few nice updates planned for next year. Overall Villa Sol is one of the best places for in the country when it comes to getting the most for your money. The beach is great and a lot less crowded than most. My family of five visited Costa Rica for the first time and stayed in their villa. The villa is close to nearby markets, which was helpful for food! The beach was beautiful and fully enjoyed it. They stocked it with beach toys, boards and coolers which was so helpful! We had an issue with the hot water and they responded immediately and got the issue fixed. The kitchen was also stocked well. The shuttle was helpful for getting around the property. This is a great property to stay in. I sat outside every nite on the hammock and it was a great experience!

Quick check in process and owner was very quick to respond when we inquired about some items prior to arrival which was great! Overall 5 stars.
