The gated garden terrace features a covered section with a comfortable sofa, a gas BBQ, as well as a sunny garden spot that's great for catching some rays.  This terrace has ocean views and sits perched above a pool, just steps away.  There are large patio doors that open into the first floor of the condo with a large living, dining, and kitchen space.  The living room has a comfy sofa with a chaise and large Smart TV.  The dining area can accommodate 6 people and flows into the U-shaped kitchen - fully equipped with cookware, full-size appliances, and lots of storage space.  Just beyond the kitchen are a half bath and a large outdoor laundry space with a full-size washer & dryer.

Head upstairs to the 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom.  The two bedrooms share a covered balcony that spans the length of the condo and offers amazing ocean views.  Both bedrooms have patio doors that open to this beautiful space, perfect for reading, enjoying a morning coffee or stargazing after dark.  The primary bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds.  Both rooms have Smart TVs and large closets for storage.  Just outside the bedrooms is a full bathroom with shower stall.
