About this space
Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Our clean, light and airy lake side condo welcomes you with newer furnishings and a viewing balcony with entrances off the living room and master suite. Walk down to the lake to enjoy the view, or have fun at the outdoor pool (seasonal) or tennis/basketball court.

Less than 15 minutes away from Oaklawn Racing, Historic Downtown, restaurants, shopping, and hiking.

To note:
In-ground pool is open seasonally from May through September weather permitting.
This Hamilton Harbor condo is in a secure gated community. It offers easy access from the parking lot with only 4 steps up (with railing) to the front door. Designated parking spot right outside the door.

There is access to a boat launch less than a mile down the road at Hill-Wheatley Park, boat parking on premises near tennis courts, and boat slips at several Marinas in town about 15 minutes from the condo.

Our condo is a smoke free, pet free home.

Quiet and quaint- good location

Loved the condo, had everything we needed and our hostess was great in communicating. We went to all the main hot springs attractions and they were 10-15 away- perfect distance. Highly recommend eating at mama's little Italy. Just 3 minutes down the road from the condo.

Great place on the lake just minutes away from downtown

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Condo! It was quiet and very quaint but right there on the lake that we could walk down to the pier and just sit and enjoy the beautiful scenery. Only minutes from 7th Avenue. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking to stay there!

Wonderful Condo

We came in for a cousin’s wedding and had a wonderful stay! The instruction for check-in/check-out were well communicated, condo was clean, well-furnished, and cozy, and the location is perfect. Short drive to downtown and sits on a beautiful property on the lake. We will definitely be looking to stay again!

This property was great for our weekend at the track. It was an easy 10 minute drive after a fun day playing the ponies. The check in was easy, condo was clean and just as posted in photos. I will recommend this place to my friends

Property is prime location! Property is beautiful Lakeside. Owners were amazing, very personable. Beautiful little condo inside and out. I will be going back property owner and property manager answered promptly and were there if I needed anything, I recommend this highly.!!!!!!!!

Special effort has been used in the decor of this unit. We enjoyed our short stay. Enjoyed having a tv in each room. We don't spend much time cooking so the small kitchen wasn't an issue for us.

The condo is as reflected in pictures. I’m a fan of the check in process. A door code is provided instead of having to pick up keys. The management company is friendly and efficient. Definitely recommend!

Nice place, clean, easy access

The property was comfy, convenient, and the owner was very responsive. This place doesn’t have lake view or direct access, and the pool is small, though fine for children. It’s not really a “resort “ property, but it’s not priced like it is, and we weren’t looking for that anyway. It worked fine for us because we were visiting family who lives in Hot Springs. Given the same need, we would stay there again.

We were not able to come due to weather and my husband just getting out of hospital with RSV. My brother and his wife were going to come without us but the weather was so bad there was no way they could drive 3 and 1/2 hours on dangerous roads. I contacted host to see if we could rebook for a later date and she said we could not. I would think anyone leasing a property would certainly understand the weather conditions or rufund our money or a portion of it due to the conditions. Very displeased with Verbo.

I am sorry that happened to you. Obviously no one can control the weather and illness but I had already turned down a month long stay to honor your short weekend trip. So I had already lost out on a lot but wanted to honor your trip. You also took out extra insurance to cover cancellation so that would have covered it. I would have honored another date if I could have but the property was already leased out for the next several months. Im sorry it didn’t work out but I did what I could.

Hot Spring Birthday getaway

This condo was perfect for our getaway weekend with friends. It's less than 15 minutes from all the main attractions and roughly 20 minutes from ziplining and the gardens. Close to several restaurants that are on the water. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful which is exactly what we were looking for! Our host Lori was very quick with responses to any questions that we had. Would definitely stay here again!
