About this property

Our country house with three holiday apartments can be found between Travemünde and Niendorf in the idyllic village of Brodten (approx. 2 km from Travemünde and Niendorf) in a very quiet location. It is only a few minutes' walk to the Brodtener cliffs and the Baltic Sea with its beautiful hiking trails, which are also ideal for bike tours. The Lübeck-Travemünder Golf Club is also in the immediate vicinity.

The modern 1-room apartment (33 m²) is on the ground floor and has a furnished terrace with a table, two chairs, a charcoal grill and a beach chair. The living room and bedroom have a kitchenette with a ceramic hob (2 plates), a table with 3 chairs, a double bed, a three-door wardrobe with a top, a sofa, an armchair and a coffee table.
The apartment also has a cloakroom anteroom and a shower room.

Großflächiger Schimmel im Badezimmer und ein emsiger Bienenstock auf der Terrasse

Die Einzimmerwohnung ist mit integrierter Mini-Küche (bestehend aus 2 Kochfeldern, Spüle, Unter-/Oberschrank) ansprechend. Der Schimmel im fensterlosen Mini-Badezimmer, der sich dort über die halbe Decke erstreckt und im Vorraum dazu die Fußbodenleiste befallen hat) war eine Zumutung. In diesem Zustand hätte ich die Wohnung nicht vermietet! Zum Glück war es mir möglich, andernorts zu duschen. Auch hielt ich mich tagsüber nicht in der Wohnung auf, wodurch ich das Badezimmer nicht oft betreten musste. Eine weitere Einschränkung stellte der Bienenstock dar, der sich direkt hinter dem Strandkorb im Mauerwerk befindet. Wäre ich Apidologe, hätte ich durch die Beobachtung des fleißigen Treibens sicher interessante Einblicke gewinnen können. Da ich aber Insekten meide, war es mir unmöglich, die Terrasse zu nutzen.
